Age Limit for SSC Recruitment 2024:

The age limit to apply for SSC Recruitment 2024 is given below-

• The maximum age limit is up to 32 years to apply for the Central Public Works Department (CPWD).
• The maximum age limit is up to 30 years to apply for the rest of the other departments.

Salary for SSC Recruitment 2024:

The candidates who are selected for SSC Recruitment 2024 will receive a monthly remuneration in Level-6 (Rs.35400-112400) of the pay matrix of the 7th Central Pay Commission.

Qualification for SSC Recruitment 2024:

Candidates must have the required qualification for applying to SSC Recruitment 2024 as mentioned below-

For JE(C)-

• The applicant must have a Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institute. OR
• The applicant must have a Three-Year Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute/ Board. And
• The applicant must have Two years of working experience in Planning/ Execution/ Maintenance of Civil Engineering works.

For JE (E and M)-

• The applicant must have a Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University/Institute. OR
• The applicant must have 03 years Diploma in Electrical/ Automobile/ Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute/ Board. And 
• The applicant must have Two-Year experience in Planning/ Execution/ Maintenance of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering works.

For JE (C)-

• The applicant must have a Three-Year Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Institution.

For JE (M)-

• The applicant must have a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University or Institution.

For JE (C)-

• The applicant must have a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil years Engineering from a recognized University or Institution.

Selection Process for SSC Recruitment 2024:

The candidates will be selected for SSC Recruitment 2024 on the basis of a Computer Based Examination that will be conducted in two papers. The dates of examinations indicated in the Notice are tentative. The candidates can download their admit cards from the official website. The marks criteria of the examination are mentioned below-

Application Fee for SSC Recruitment 2024:

The application fee is Rs.100 to apply for SSC Recruitment 2024. The Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) and ExServicemen eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of fee. The payment will be made only through online payment modes, namely BHIM UPI, Net Banking, or by using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, or RuPay Credit or Debit card.
