Supreme Court of India Recruitment 2023: Supreme Court of India is seeking candidates to fill up the position of Law Clerk-cum-Research Associate on a short-term contractual basis. As mentioned in the Official notification of the Supreme Court of India Recruitment 2023, the minimum and maximum age limit should not be less than 20 years and more than 30 years. In accordance with the official notification of the Supreme Court of India Recruitment 2023, the selection of the candidates will be based on three phases.

According to the official notification of the Supreme Court of India Recruitment 2023, selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs. 80000. Applicants need to pay a Registration Fee of Rs. 500. Desirous candidates duly fill out the online application form along with attaching relevant details on or before 30th April 2023 till 12 PM.

Age Limit for Supreme Court of India Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the Official notification of the Supreme Court of India Recruitment 2023, the minimum and maximum age limit should not be less than 20 years and more than 30 years.

Qualification for Supreme Court of India Recruitment 2023:

Qualifications needed for the post of  Law Clerk-cum-Research Associate are given below.

  • The candidate must be a Law Graduate (before taking up the assignment as a Law Clerk) having a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (including an Integrated Degree Course in Law) from any School /College /University/Institution established by law in India and recognized by the Bar Council of India for enrolment as an Advocate.
  • The candidate studying in the fifth year of the Five-Year Integrated Law Course or the third year of the Three-Year Law Course after graduation in any stream will also be eligible to apply, subject to furnishing proof of acquiring Law qualification before taking up the assignment as Law Clerkcum-Research Associate.
  • The candidate must have research and analytical skills, writing abilities, and knowledge of computers, including retrieval of desired information from various search engines/processes such as e-SCR, Manupatra, SCC Online, LexisNexis, Westlaw, etc

Salary for Supreme Court of India Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of the Supreme Court of India Recruitment 2023, selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs. 80000.

Registration Fee for for Supreme Court of India Recruitment 2023:

Candidates will be required to pay the Application/Test Fee of Rs.500 plus bank charges, if applicable, through online mode only. The fee shall not be accepted in any other form. No postal application shall be accepted. The fee shall be paid online through Payment Gateway provided by UCO Bank.

Selection Procedure for Supreme Court of India Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of the Supreme Court of India Recruitment 2023, the selection of the candidates will be based on three phases.

Phase I- Multiple Choice Based Questions, testing the candidates’ ability to understand and apply
the law, and comprehension skills;

Phase II– Subjective Written Examination, covering writing and analytical skills;

Phase III– Interview by individual Judges.
