Overview:

Swiggy is hiring an experienced Senior Executive – Training at their Bangalore location. They are looking for a Soft Skills Trainer to join our in house Skills Team at Swiggy’s customer experience division and use one’s ability to create a wow learning experience for the representatives and ultimately add value to the ‘Customer Experience’. The Soft Skills trainer’s responsibilities will include training New Hires, Monitoring interactions, and Refresher sessions along with Bottom quartile management at Swiggy Partners Centers.

What will you be doing:

Train New Hires joining all the Swiggy partners on Soft Skills and communication

Build a culture of learning

Take refresher sessions based on TNI

Bottom Quartile management

On job training support

Participate in calibrations

Report the training progress

Create content as and when required

Manage the OSPs aligned

Qualifications for this Job:

Graduate in any discipline

Any certification/s supporting the profile

1 – 2 Years of experience in Soft Skills training

What Skills are Needed:

Excellent spoken and written English Language Skills

Proven work experience as a Soft Skills Trainer/Communication Trainer (1-5 years)

Ability to communicate and train effectively

Good typing speed and accuracy

Identifying the training needs

Sharp eye for detail

Be assertive and stand your ground

Confident and able to challenge the status quo

Ability to meet deadlines and has efficient time management

Prepared to work in rotational shifts

Ability to perform multiple tasks and adjust quickly in short timeframes with limited direct supervision

Be empathetic and patient with customers and impart the same skills to the CSRs

Prepared to work from the office on all days of the week
