Tamil Nadu Class 12 HSC Result 2023 Out: The Directorate of Government Examinations, Tamil Nadu, also known as TNDGE has announced the TN (Tamil Nadu) +2 HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) result 2023 on its official website. The board had earlier announced the date for the Tamil Nadu +2 HSC Result for the year 2023. Keeping its promise, the TNDGE declared the Tamil Nadu +2 HSC Result today, 8th May 2023. The result has been declared a little late than the announced time of 9:30 am. The result was declared at around 10:18 am today.
Candidates who have appeared for the Tamil Nadu class 12th exam can check their results by visiting the official website of the DGE TN or through SMS. Along with the result, the TNDGE also revealed several statistics, such as overall pass percentage, boys’ pass percentage, district-wise pass percentage, etc., about the TN +2 HSC results, 2023. The result for all streams of class 12th results along with their pass percentage has been released simultaneously.
The DGE TN released the schedule for the Tamil Nadu Class 12th exams 2023 on 7th November 2022. The Tamil Nadu Class 12th exam started on 13th March 2023 with the Language Subject. The TN +2 HSC examination ended on 3rd April 2023. The examination was conducted in offline mode. The TN +2 exams were organized from 9:30 am to 12:45 pm. Over 8.03 lakh candidates appeared for the TN +2 exam in 2023.
Girls have outshined boys once again, following the trend. The overall pass percentage of boys is 91.45% and girls are 96.38%. A total of 3,49,697 boys have passed the exam and 4,05,753 girls have passed. Virudhu Nagar district performed best among all the districts of the state by obtaining an overall pass percentage of 97.85%. The DGE TN has not released the toppers list for 2023 as expected.
Students can now view their TN Class 12th results either through the official website or via SMS. Once declared, students can view their results online by entering their registration number and date of birth in the given space. The procedure to view the results through both methods has been mentioned below.

Step 1: Visit the official website of the DGE TN
Step 2: Click on the Class 12th result link available on the page
Step 3: Fill in the asked details in the provided space, and click on the “Submit” button
Step 4: The Tamil Nadu Class 12th result 2023 will display on your screen.
Step 5: Download and take a printout of the scorecard for future reference
Through SMS
Step 1: Go to the messaging app on your phone
Step 2: For Class 12th Result type the message: Registration-Number DOB(dd/mm/yyyy)

Step 4: The DGE TN will send the Tamil Nadu +2 HSC result 2023 of that particular student on that phone via SMS
