TCIL Recruitment 2023: Telecommunication Consultants India Ltd. (TCIL) is looking for a dynamic, experienced, qualified aspirant for General Manager (E7), Chief General Manager (E8) and Executive Director (E9 –IDA) posts on a Regular/Contract/Deputation basis. There are a total of 09 vacancies given for the assigned position 03 vacancy for General Manager (E7), 05 vacancies for Chief General Manager (E8) and 01 vacancy for the Executive Director post. According to the official notification of TCIL Recruitment 2023, candidates must have a working experience ranging between 3 years to 23 years as of 01.08.2023. The selected applicants’ working tenure will be segregated on a Regular/Contract/Deputation basis between 3 years and 4 years depending on their hiring, and the tenure may be extended further based on the company’s need and the candidate’s performance. Candidates will be selected on the basis of Interviews.

For Contract Employment, qualification is required.

  • Candidate should have B.E./B.TECH/M.TECH/MCA in the relevant field of Electronics and Communication / IT / Computers Science / Electrical Engineering OR B.SC (Eng.) with a 4-year duration from any recognized University/Institute

For Deputation, qualification is required.

  • Candidate should have B.E./B.TECH/M.TECH/MCA in the relevant field of Electronics and Communication/ IT / Computers Science / Electrical Engineering OR B.SC (Eng.) with a 4-year duration from any recognized University/Institute.

 Chief General Manager (E8) 

For Regular Employment, qualification is required.

  • Candidate should have B.E./B.TECH/M.TECH/MCA/BSC (Eng.) in the relevant Electronics and Communication/IT/Computers Science/Electrical Engineering field from any recognized university.

For Contract Employment, qualification is required.

  • Candidate should have B.E./B.TECH/M.TECH/MCA in the relevant fields of Electronics and Communication / IT / Computers Science / Electrical Engineering OR B.SC (Eng) with a 4-year duration from any recognized University/Institute.

For Deputation, qualification is required.

  • Candidate should have B.E./B.TECH/M.TECH/MCA in the relevant field of Electronics and Communication / IT / Computers Science / Electrical Engineering OR B.SC (Eng.) with a 4-year duration from any recognized University/Institute.

 Executive Director (E9 –IDA) 

  • Candidate should have B.E./B.TECH/M.TECH/MCA/BSC (Eng) in the relevant field of Electronics and Communication/IT/Computers Science/Electrical Engineering from any recognized university

Candidates applying for this post should have a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 17 years of working experience.

Candidates applying for this post should have a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 23 years of working experience.

The tenure for General Manager (E7) and Chief General Manager (E8) positions is::

  • Candidates hired on a contractual basis need to serve for a fixed term of 4 Years which can be extended
    further based on the company’s need and the performance of the candidate.
  • Candidates hired for a deputation need to serve for three 3 years extending a further period of two years.
