Telecommunication Consultants India Limited Recruitment 2022:  Telecommunication Consultant India Limited ( TCIL) is a staple engineering and consulting company. It is a public sector enterprise under the administrative control of the Department of Telecommunications (DOT), the Ministry of Communications, and the Government of India.

Telecommunication Consultants India Limited requires eligible candidates for the post of Inquiry Officer.

The selection of the candidate will be done through the pre-decided procedure. The last date of receipt of the application is 10.06.2022 till 6:00 pm.

Eligibility for the post of  Telecommunication Consultants India Limited Recruitment 2022:

  • Retired Officer/Joint of the rank of Deputy Secretary in the Central Government General Manager, JGM in Schedule A PSU or holding equivalent or higher scale.
  • Equivalent scales of Deputy Secretary in Central Government are as below:
    1. Rs 5550 – 6870 (IDA) Pre 01/01/1992
    2. Rs 7500 – 9900 (IDA) Post 01/01/1992
    3. Rs 17500 – 22300 (IDA) Post 01/01/1997
    4. Rs 36600 – 62000 (IDA) Post 01/01/2007
    5. Rs 90000 – 240000 (IDA) Post 01/01/2017
    6. Rs 12000 – 16500 (CDA) Pre-revised
    7. Rs 15600 – 39100 + GP 7600 (CDA)
    8. Rs 78800 – 209200 (Level 12) CDA

Terms and Conditions for TCIL Recruitment 2022:

  • The panel will be valid for a period of three years.
  • The officer should not have been penalized in a Disciplinary Proceeding case (no penalty in DP or prosecution in a criminal case) during service or post-retirement.
  • The number of disciplinary cases assigned to an Inquiry Officer will be restricted to 8 cases in a year, with not more than 4 cases at a time.
  • After being selected as Inquiry Officer, the following undertaking shall be given.
    1. That he/she is not a witness or a complainant in the matter to be inquired into or close relative or a known friend of the delinquent Government officer. A certificate to this effect will be obtained from the Inquiry Officer with respect to every inquiry and placed on record.
    2. Shall maintain strict secrecy in relation to the documents he/ she receives of information/data collected by him/her in connection with the inquiry and utilize the same only for the purpose of inquiry in the case entrusted to him/her.
  • No such documents/information or data shall be divulged to anyone during the Inquiry or after presentation of the Inquiry Report. All the records, reports etc. available with the Inquiry Officer shall be duly returned to the authority which appointed him/her as such, at the time of presentation of the Inquiry Report.
