THDC Recruitment 2023: THDC India Limited (THDCIL), A Mini Ratna Government PSU, is seeking eligible and willing candidates for the post of Accounts Officer on a fixed term basis (full-time). As per the THDC Recruitment 2023 official notification, applicants will be employed for four available vacancies (03 for UR and 01 for UBC) based on their good experience and academic records. The candidates should have a degree of CA/CMA from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or The Institute of Cost Accountants of India with 1 year of Qualification Experience in Costing, Finance, Accounting, Budgeting, Internal audit, Commercial Accounting, etc. The interested candidates must meet the upper age limit criteria which is 32 years as of 18.08.2023. Reservation and relaxation would be offered to OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/ SC/ ST/ PwBDs (Degree of Disability 40% or above)/ Ex-Servicemen/ J&K Domiciled/ Riot Victims candidates in accordance with Government of India guidelines.
As per the THDC Recruitment 2023 official notification, the shortlisted candidates will be paid a monthly salary depending on the E-3 Grade pay scale, which describes the Fixed Consolidated honorarium of Rs 60,000/- per month (CTC). The initial agreement’s duration will be one (01) year. The length of participation may be extended on an annual basis based on performance.
