THDC Recruitment 2023: THDC India Limited (THDCIL) is looking for eligible and willing candidates for the post of Executive Trainee (Finance) E-2 Grade. According to the official notification of THDC Recruitment 2023, there are 08 vacancies available for the above-mentioned post. Candidates should be a maximum age of 30 years to apply for the mentioned post. The selected candidates should get a monthly salary minimum basic pay of Rs.50000 in the pay scale of Rs.50000-3%-160000 (IDA) during the period of training and after successful completion of training as Senior Officer-Finance in E-3 Grade in the pay scale of Rs.60000-3%-180000 (IDA). Candidates should be CA/CMA qualified, from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/The Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
In accordance with the official notification of THDC Recruitment 2023, the selection will be based on a personal interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified of the interview. As given in the official notification of THDC Recruitment 2023, interested and eligible candidates can apply online under the “career” section on the official website on or before the last date. As mentioned in the official notification of THDC Recruitment 2023, candidates of the General/OBC/EWS categories will have to pay Rs.600 as a registration fee. The candidates of SC/ST/PwBDs/Ex-servicemen/ Departmental are exempted to pay the registration fee. The registration fee will be paid online. The online application has already started from 09.08.2023.

In accordance with the official notification of THDC Recruitment 2023, candidates should be CA/CMA qualified, from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/The Institute of Cost Accountants of India and the overall percentage in class Xth & XIIth examinations should not be less than 65% marks or equivalent CGPA (taking average of all subjects) for candidates belonging to General, EWS, OBC(NCL), ST and PwBDs Category. Candidates with 64.99% marks are not eligible and the same shall not be rounded off to 65%. And Pass marks in case of SC category, Departmental candidates & Ex-Servicemen Category candidates.
As stated in the official notification of THDC Recruitment 2023, the candidates will be selected on the basis of an interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview in a ratio of 1:5. The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of marks obtained in the final examination of ICAI(CA) and ICMAI (ICWA).
As mentioned in the official notification of THDC Recruitment 2023, candidates belonging to the General and OBC/EWS categories will have to pay Rs.600 as a registration fee. The candidates of SC/ST/PwBDs/Ex-servicemen/ Departmental are exempted to pay the registration fee.
