TNPSC Recruitment 2022: TNPSC, or the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission, is currently inviting applications from eligible candidates for direct recruitment to the post of Forest Apprentice in Tamil Nadu Forest Subordinate Service. All recruitments under TNPSC are purely merit-based. Interested candidates who find themselves eligible for the post will be able to apply for the recruitment program by going through the TNPSC official website, i.e., www.tnpsc.gov.in or www.tnpscexams.in. 

The applicant will need to register only once in the One Time Registration, and for that, they will have to pay a registration fee of Rs. 150. And after registering, the candidate can apply for the post. The One Time Registration (OTR)  will be valid for a period of five years from the date of registration. Also, the candidate must know that the One Time Registration fee will not be maintained as an application/examination fee for any post. Eligibility Criteria for TNPSC Recruitment 2022

Applicants must fulfill the eligibility criteria to apply for the direct recruitment to the post of Forest Apprentice in Tamil Nadu Forest Subordinate Service.

Age Limit

Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Castes (Arunthathiyar), Scheduled Tribes, Most Backward Classes / Denotified Communities, Backward Classes (Other than Backward Class Muslim), Backward Classes (Muslim), and Destitute Widows of all castes, “Others” [i.e., Applicants not belonging to SCs, SC(A)s, STs, MBCs/DCs, BC(OBCM)s, BCMs and DWs of all castes], and for Ex-Servicemen (Irrespective of caste), the minimum age limit is 18 years, and the maximum age limit is 37 years.

Education Qualification for TNPSC Recruitment 2022

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Forestry or its equivalent degree from any University recognized by UGC OR a degree from any recognized University in any of the subjects, including Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Science, Botany, Computer Applications/Computer Science, Engineering (All Engineering subjects including Agricultural Engineering), Environmental Science, Marine Biology, Mathematics, or Zoology. Also, the applicant must have adequate knowledge of Tamil.

• Applicants will have to apply for the post via online mode by going to the TNPSC’s official website at www.tnpsc.gov.in or www.tnpscexams.in.
• Before applying for any post, One Time Registration using Aadhar is mandatory.
• Make the registration fee of Rs. 150/-.
• Make sure to submit the online application form before the last date, which is 6th September 2022.
• Attach all the required documents with your application form.
