Essential Qualification-

• The applicants should have a Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics/ Qualification Commerce/ Engineering/ Law/ Science/ Humanities from a recognized University/ institution or, Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/ Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and possessing requisite experience in the relevant field.

Desirable Qualification-

• The applicants should have a Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized university or institution and possess the requisite experience in the relevant field.

Experience for TRAI Recruitment 2023: 

In accordance with the official notification of TRAI Recruitment 2023, the required experience of the candidates is given below:

• The applicants should have work experience in analysing and dealing with cases and litigation in the High Court and Supreme Court or in similar Appellate Tribunals.
• The applicants must have work experience in examining policy issues from a legal perspective, and the drafting of statutory regulations, directions and rules.
• The applicants should be thoroughly familiar with court procedures and tendering of legal advice.
• The applicants must have work experience in performing quasi-judicial functions or administering tax laws or regulatory functions under a Central Government statute.

Eligibility Criteria for TRAI Recruitment 2023: 

According to the official notification of TRAI Recruitment 2023, the applicant’s necessary eligibility criteria are listed below:

Officers of the Central Government or Public Sector in Business Undertakings Administration, Statutory and Autonomous Economics/Bodies

• Holding an equivalent post in Level-14 on a regular basis. OR
• Having four years of regular service in the Pay Level-13. OR
• The candidates should Have seventeen years of regular service in Group ‘A’ and have held a post of Pay Level-13 for a minimum period of four years.

Pay Scale for TRAI Recruitment 2023: 

Based on the official notification of TRAI Recruitment 2023, the chosen applicants for the given position will receive a monthly salary on Pay Level 14 (Rs.144200 to Rs.218200) in Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC plus allowances such as DA, HRA, etc. as per Govt. Rules. 

Tenure for TRAI Recruitment 2023: 

As given in the official notification of TRAI Recruitment 2023, the tenure on deputation will be initially for a period of 03 years.
