Qualifications and Experience for TRAI Recruitment 2023:

• Candidates should have a Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics/ Qualification Commerce/ Engineering/ Law/ Science/ Humanities from a recognized University/ institution or, Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/ Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and possessing requisite experience in the relevant field.

Desirable Qualification:

• Candidates should have a Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized university or institution and possess the requisite experience in the relevant field.

Experience:

• Candidates should have work experience in analysing and dealing with cases and litigation in the High Court and Supreme Court or in similar Appellate Tribunals.
• Candidates should have work experience in examining policy issues from a legal perspective, and the drafting of statutory regulations, directions and rules.
• Candidates should be thoroughly familiar with court procedures and tendering of legal advice.
• Candidates should have work experience in performing quasi-judicial functions or administering tax laws or regulatory functions under a Central Government statute.

Eligibility Criteria for TRAI Recruitment 2023:

Officers of the Central Government or Public Sector in Business Undertakings Administration, Statutory and Autonomous Economics/Bodies

• Holding an equivalent post in Level-14 on a regular basis OR
• Having four years of regular service in the Pay Level-13 OR
• Having seventeen years of regular service in Group ‘A’ and having held a post of Pay Level-13 for a minimum period of four years.

Salary for TRAI Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of TRAI Recruitment 2023, candidates who are selected for this post will get the monthly salary on Pay Level 14 Rs. (144200–218200) in Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC plus allowances such as DA, HRA, etc. as per Govt. Rules.

Tenure for TRAI Recruitment 2023:

As informed by the official notification of TRAI Recruitment 2023, the nature of the appointment is deputation for a period of initial 3 years or till supperannuation, whichever is earlier.
