Unique Identification Authority of India Recruitment 2022: UIDAI is Hiring a Deputy Manager (Litigation) in IT Services & Consulting industry in UIDAI (Delhi). The candidate’s maximum age is 45 years and the last date of application is 13th July 2022.

Educational Qualification:- LLB from a reputed University

Experience:- Minimum 6 years experience in litigation, before High Court and District Courts.

Preferable:- Experience in handling legal matters in Government or PSU or Companies or Corporate Houses or Law Firms or Law Research institutions.

Experience in Drafting pleadings or rules or regulations/response to legal notices/vetting contracts, etc. Candidates having higher quality & experience in the field like data protection/privacy/cyber security information, dispute resolution etc. will have added advantage.

UIDAI Recruitment Job Profile :

  1. Assist in formulating and interpreting Legal documents including laws, rules and regulations.
  2. Drafting replies to legal cases and monitor and pursue court cases by interacting and assisting the UIDAI Counsel.
  3. Interaction with Advocates or Law firms handling UIDAI.
  4. To provide advice on different legal issues and assist in drafting legal opinions, memorandum and other briefing documents
  5. Update information on various court cases where UIDAI is a respondent as well as assisting in matters relating to Arbitration.
  6. Follow-up of various court cases along with end to end monitoring and reporting
  7. Look into various contracts entered into by the UIDAI including drafting of RFPs as well as contracts and all matters arising out of it.
  8. Assistance in drafting of Legal notices or replies
  9. Work collaboratively with team performing similar tasks across other service areas to ensure consistency in approach and quality of work.
  10. Any other matters involving interpretation of laws or rules or regulations
