The UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification has arisen or 04 Posts with 10 Vacancies to be filled up by way of a Deputation Process:

Post Nomenclature: Deputy Director (Technical):

Vacancy: 01

Deputation Terms: Normal Term of Deputation (Foreign Service Terms) Basis will remain 05 Years

Posting Situation: UIDAI, Data Centre, Technology Centre, IMT Manesar, (Gurugram)

Pay Scale under UIDAI Recruitment 2023:

Based on the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Officer post-appointment shall be entitled to the Monthly Salary and Pay Matrix Level explained hereunder

Post Nomenclature: Deputy Director (Technical):

Pay Matrix Level: 11

The Terms of Deputation, including the Pay and Allowances, except Leave, shall be governed by the Provisions laid down in the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) Office Memorandum No. 06/08/2009-Establishment (Pay-II) Dated 17th June 2010 and other Orders/Guidelines issued in this regard at times. Leave of the Officer On Deputation shall be regulated by the UIDAI Leave Rule.

Maximum Age Limit for UIDAI Recruitment 2023:

Based on the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Vacancy Notice the Maximum Age Limit for the Eligible Officer should be aged as on the Closing Date (11.09.2023) for receipt of the Application.

Age Limit: Below 56 Years

Eligibility for UIDAI Recruitment 2023:

According to the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification the Eligibility including Educational Qualifications, Post-Qualification Experience, etc. specific to the Post, shall remain as hereunder:

Deputy Director (Technical) Post:

Essential:

A) The Officers from the Central Government holding Analogous Posts on a Regular Basis in the Parent Cadre Department; Or

i) With 05 Years’ Regular Service in the Pay Matrix Level 09 Or Higher; Or

iii) With 06 Years’ Regular Service in the Pay Matrix Level 08 Or Higher; Or

The Officers under State Government Department/Union Territory/ Public Sector Undertaking/Autonomous Organization holding Regular Post in Corresponding Grades with Requisite and Relevant Experience with Desirable Experience explained against the Post in the Appended Vacancy.

B) Educational Qualification: Full-Time (Regular) 04-Years’ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology or MCA (Master of Computer Applications) from any Duly Recognized University/Institute.

Selection Procedure under UIDAI Recruitment 2023:

The Selection Procedure for Deputy Director General Posts involves Viva-voce/Personal Interaction as explained in the UIDAI Recruitment 2023. The Officers to be called in for Viva-voce shall be shortlisted on the basis of the Eligibility Criteria including Serving  Experience, etc. The Candidates would be shortlisted on the basis of the Eligibility Criteria. Only Shortlisted Candidates shall be called in for Personal Interviews/Interaction for Final Appointment on a Deputation Basis.

The Officers already holding Analogous Posts in the Parent Cadre/Department may be given Preference in Selection.

Period and other Terms and Conditions of Deputation: The Deputation Period for all 04 notified Posts shall span 05 Years. The Lending Department may relieve an Officer for a Lesser Period as per their own Policy/Rules, which should not be lesser than 03-Years in any case.

The General Terms and Conditions of the Officer Services in the UIDAI will be governed as per the Unique Identification Authority of India (Appointment of Officers and Employees) Regulations 2020 and Guidelines of the Central Government in this regard.

Application Procedure for UIDAI Recruitment 2023:

Based on the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Eligible Candidates with Interest in Notified  Post, should apply to the UIDAI in the Prescribed Application Proforma (Annexure-I), accompanying the Photocopies of Preceding 05 Years’ Annual Confidential Reports/Annual Performance Appraisal Reports.

The Willing Applicants may submit their respective Applications duly vetted through Proper Channel up to 28.08.2023.

*Note: The Eligible and Willing Officers should apply with Photocopies of the Preceding 05-Years’ ACRs/APARs.

However, their Applications will be considered only after receiving the same through Proper Channel annexed with Supporting Documents explained in this UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Notification.

The Cadre Controlling Authorities/Head of Departments should submit the Applications of Eligible and Willing Candidates whose services can be spared on Deputation immediately upon their Selection, accompanying the following documents ensuring Timely Receipt in the UIDAI Bengaluru Technology Centre.

Eligible and Willing Candidate should apply through Proper Channel in Prescribed Specimen Proforma Annexure I.  The Cadre Controlling Authorities/Head of Departments should forward Applications of Eligible and Willing Candidates, whose Services may be spared on Deputation immediately on their Selection.

The Applications of only such Officers routed through Proper Channel

would be considered.  The Applications should be accompanied by the Following Documents:

i) Application in the Prescribed Specimen Proforma-Annexure I.

ii) Cadre Clearance Certificate issued by the Cadre Controlling Authority.

iii) Statement giving detail of Major/Minor penalties, imposed upon the Officer, if any, during the Last 10 (Ten) Years – Annexure II

iv) Vigilance Clearance/Integrity Certificate – Annexure II

v) Photocopies of the ACRs/APARs for the last 05 Years duly attested on each Page by an Officer Not Below the Level of Under-Secretary Or Equivalent – Annexure-II.

While forwarding the Application, the Same also needs to be verified and certified by the Cadre Controlling Authority that the Particulars furnished by the Applicant are correct (Annexure II).
