UIDAI Recruitment 2023: The Office of Director (HR), The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), Government of India, New Delhi has the Terminal/Last Date up to 31.07.2023 for submission of Duly completed Applications for the Post of Accountant for Appointment in the Bengaluru Regional Office. Those who have already applied against the Vacancy Circular Dated 20.04.2023 need not apply afresh. However, New Applicants may submit their Applications to the Officer of Director (HR). Accordingly, Applications from the Officers for Appointment through ‘Proper Channel’ have been invited for the fore-stated Deputationist Accountant Post in the Pay Level 05. The Willing and Eligible Officers for the Deputation Post Accountant (Foreign Service Term) Basis for Posting in Bengaluru Regional Office vide the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice. The UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification has arisen for 01 Post with Even Vacancy to be filled up in Pay Scale 05 for Appointment on Deputation Bases (Foreign Service Term) for a Fixed 05 Years’ Term.
According to the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Circular for Accountant Post, Willing and Eligible Officers must complete the Application Submission as per the Prescribed Specimen Proforma. Accordingly, based on the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, Willing Officers with Eligibility for Accountant Post may have their Applications vetted and duly verified by their Respective Cadre Controlling Authority/ Administrative Officer within the Set Timeline.
*Note: The Central Government Employees completing 05 Years’ Service are also Eligible to apply for the Notified Accountant Post. Eligible and Willing Officers should apply with the Photocopies of the Preceding 05-Years’ ACRs/APARs, etc.

Based on the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Officers post-appointment shall be entitled to the Monthly Salary under Pay Matrix Level explained hereunder
Pay Matrix: Level 05
The Terms of Deputation, including the Pay and Allowances, except Leave, shall be governed by the Provisions laid down in the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) Office Memorandum No. 06/08/2009-Establishment (Pay-II) Dated 17th June 2010 and other Orders/Guidelines issued in this regard at times. Leave of the Officer On Deputation shall be regulated by the UIDAI Leave Rule.
Based on the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Vacancy Notice the Maximum Age Limit for the Eligible Officer should be aged as on the Closing Date 23.08.2023 for receipt of the Application.
Age Limit: Below 56 Years
According to the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification the Eligibility including Educational Qualifications, Post-Qualification Experience, etc. specific to the Post, shall remain as hereunder:
Essential:
A) The Officers from the Central Government holding Analogous Posts on a Regular Basis in the Parent Cadre Department; Or
i) With 03/04 Years’ Regular Service in the Pay Matrix Levels 05/03; Or
The Officers under State Government Department/Union Territory/ Public Sector Undertaking/Autonomous Organization holding Regular Post in Corresponding Grades with Requisite and Relevant Experience with Desirable Experience explained against the Post in the Appended Vacancy.
As has been explained in the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice, the Selection Procedure for Accountant Post involves Viva-voce/Personal Interaction. The Officers to be called in for Viva-voce shall be shortlisted on the basis of the Eligibility Criteria including Serving Experience, etc. The Candidates would be shortlisted on the basis of the Eligibility Criteria. Only Shortlisted Candidates shall be called in for Personal Interviews/Interaction.
The Officers already holding Analogous Posts in the Parent Cadre/Department may be given Preference in Selection.
Period and other Terms and Conditions of Deputation: The Deputation Period for all 04 notified Posts shall span 05 Years. The Lending Department may relieve an Officer for a Lesser Period as per their own Policy/Rules, which should not be lesser than 03-Years in any case.
The General Terms and Conditions of the Officer Services in the UIDAI will be governed as per the Unique Identification Authority of India (Appointment of Officers and Employees) Regulations 2020 and Guidelines of the Central Government in this regard.
Desirable: Basic Skills for working in Computerized Environment.
Based on the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Eligible Candidates with Interest in the Notified 03 Posts, should apply to the UIDAI in the Prescribed Application Proforma (Annexure-I), accompanying the Photocopies of Preceding 05 Years’ Annual Confidential Reports/Annual Performance Appraisal Reports.
The Willing Applicants may submit their respective Applications duly vetted through Proper Channel up to 23.08.2023.
