UIDAI Recruitment 2023: The Office of Director (HR), The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), Government of India, New Delhi has invited Applications from the Officers meeting Eligibility for 04 Deputationist (Foreign Service Term) Based Appointments; viz., Deputy Director,  Section Officer, Assistant Account Officer and Assistant Section Officer Posts On Deputation (Foreign Service Term) Basis for Posting in Bengaluru Technology Centre (BTC) vide the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice Dated 12.05.2023.  The UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification has arisen for 04 Posts with Even Vacancies carrying Multiple Pay Scales 11, 08 and 06 for Posting on Deputation (Foreign Service Term) Bases for Fixed 05 Years.

Based on the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification with the notified Last Date for completion of the Application Submission in the Prescribed Specimen Application Proforma through ‘Proper Channel’ by the Eligible Officers is 11.07.2023. Accordingly Willing and Eligible Officers for the Notified Posts vide the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement may apply as per the Instructions.  The Cadre Controlling Authority Concerned may forward duly completed Applications receivable well ahead of 11.07.2023 but Not Later than this Crucial Date.

*Note: The Central Government Employees completing 05 Years’ Service may also be Eligible to apply for all 04 Posts. The Eligible and Willing Officers should apply with the Photocopies of the Preceding 05-Years’ ACRs/APARs, etc.

Post Nomenclature:

01) Deputy Director: 01 Vacancy

Deputation Terms: Normal Term of Deputation (Foreign Service Terms) Basis will remain 05 Years

Pay Scales under UIDAI Recruitment 2023:

Based on the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Officers Post-Appointment on the Following Posts shall be entitled to the varying Pay Pay Matrix Levels explained hereunder:

I) Deputy Director:  Pay Level 11

II) Section Officer:  Pay Level 08

III) Assistant Account Officer:  Pay Level 08

IV) Assistant Section Officer: Pay Level 06

Maximum Age Limit for UIDAI Recruitment 2023:

The UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Employment Notification mandates the Maximum Age Limit for the Eligible Officer should be aged as on the Closing Date of receipt of the Application.

Age Limit: Below 56 Years

Eligibility Criteria for UIDAI Recruitment 2023:

The UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification mandates the Eligibility including Educational Qualifications, Post-Qualification Experience, etc. specific to the Posts, explained hereunder:

1st Post Deputy Director: 

Essential:

A) The Officers from the Central Government holding Analogous Posts on Regular basis in the Parent Cadre Department; Or

i) With 03/05/06 Years’ Regular Service in the Pay Matrix Level 10/09/08; Or

The Officers under State Government Department/Union Territory/ Public Sector Undertaking/Autonomous Organization holding Regular Post in Corresponding Grades with Requisite and Relevant Experience with Desirable Experience explained against the Post in the Appended Vacancy.

2nd Post Section Officer:

Essential:

A) The Officers from the Central Government holding Analogous Posts on a Regular basis in the Parent Cadre Department; Or

i) With 03/05 Years’ Regular Service in the Pay Matrix Level 07/06; Or

The Officers under State Government Department/Union Territory/ Public Sector Undertaking/Autonomous Organization holding Regular Post in Corresponding Grades with Requisite and Relevant Experience with Desirable Experience explained against the Post in the Appended Vacancy.

3rd Post Assistant Accounts Officer:

Professional Qualifications:

i) Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, MBA (Finance); Or

ii) Having passed SAS/Equivalent Examination of Organized Accounts Cadre of Central Government/State Government; Or

iii) Having successfully completed Cash and Accounts Training organized by the Institute of Secretariat Training and Management (ISTM)

iv) Having Minimum 05 Years in handling Accounts related Work.

4th Post Assistant Section Officer:

A) The Officers from the Central Government holding Analogous Posts on a Regular Basis in the Parent Cadre Department; Or

i) With 03/05 Years’ Regular Service in the Pay Matrix Level 04/03; Or

The Officers under State Government Department/Union Territory/ Public Sector Undertaking/Autonomous Organization holding Regular Post in Corresponding Grades with Requisite and Relevant Experience with Desirable Experience explained against the Post in the Appended Vacancy.

The Officers under State Government Department/Union Territory/ Public Sector Undertaking/Autonomous Organization holding Regular Post in Corresponding Grades with Requisite and Relevant/Desirable Experience explained against the Post in the Appended Vacancy.

Educational Qualifications: Post Graduate, Graduate, Bachelor’s Degree in the Post-relevant Subjects.

Selection Procedure under UIDAI Recruitment 2023:

The Selection Process for all 04 Posts involves Viva-voce/Personal Interaction as explained in the UIDAI Recruitment 2023. The Officers shall be shortlisted on the basis of the Eligibility Criteria including the Experience.

The Candidates would be shortlisted on the basis of the Eligibility Criteria. Only Shortlisted Candidates shall be called in for Personal Interviews/ Interaction.

The Officers already holding Analogous Posts in the Parent Cadre/Department may be given Preference in Selection.

The Terms of Deputation, including the Pay and Allowances, except Leave, shall be governed by the Provisions laid down in the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) Office Memorandum No. 06/08/2009-Establishment (Pay-II) Dated 17th June 2010 and other Orders/Guidelines issued in this regard from time to time. Leave of the Officer On Deputation shall be regulated by the UIDAI Leave Rule.

Period and other Terms and Conditions of Deputation: The Deputation Period for all 04 notified Posts shall span 05 Years. The Lending Department may relieve any Officer for a Lesser Period according to their own Policy/Rules, which, in any case, should not be lesser than 03-Years.

The General Terms and Conditions of the Officer Services in the UIDAI will be governed as per the Unique Identification Authority of India (Appointment of Officers and Employees) Regulations 2020 and Guidelines of the Central Government in this regard.

The Willing Applicants may submit their respective Applications through Proper Channel up to 11.07.2023.

*Note: The Eligible and Willing Officers should apply with Photocopies of the Preceding 05-Years’ ACRs/APARs.

However, their Applications will be considered only after receiving the same through Proper Channel annexed with Supporting Documents explained in this UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Notification.

The Cadre Controlling Authorities/Head of Departments should submit the Applications of Eligible and Willing Candidates whose Services can be spared on Deputation immediately upon their Selection, accompanying the following documents ensuring Timely Receipt in the UIDAI, Bengaluru Technology Centre:
