UIDAI Recruitment 2023: The Office of Director (HR), The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), Government of India, New Delhi has sought Applications from the Officers Eligible for the Deputations Post Deputy Director General (Joint Secretary Equivalent) (Foreign Service Term) Basis with 02 Vacancies for Posting in Bengaluru and Guwahati Regional Offices vide the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice Dated 28.06.2023. The UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice has arisen for 02 Posts with Tantamount Vacancies to be filled up in Pay Scale 14 (Pay Band 144200-218200) for Appointment on Deputation Bases (Foreign Service Term) for a Fixed 05 Years Term.
According to the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Circular for Deputy Director Posts, the Last Date for completion of the Application Submission in the Prescribed Specimen Proforma through ‘Proper Channel’ by the Eligible Officers will terminate on 28.08.2023. Based on the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, Willing Officers with Eligibility for Deputy Director may have their Applications vetted and duly verified by their Respective Cadre Controlling Authority/Administrative Officer ensuring receipt of their Applications Before or On the Terminal Date 28.08.2023. The Eligible Officers may also submit via Email their respective Applications completed in all respects.
*Note: The Central Government Employees completing 05 Years of service are also Eligible to apply for the Notified Deputy Director General Post. Eligible and Willing Officers should apply with the Photocopies of the Preceding 05-Years’ ACRs/APARs, etc.

Deputation Terms: Normal Term of Deputation (Foreign Service Terms) Basis will remain 05 Years
Posting Situations: UIDAI, Regional Offices in Bengaluru, Guwahati
Based on the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Officers post-appointment shall be entitled to the Monthly Salary under Pay Matrix Level explained hereunder
Pay Matrix: Level 14 (Rs. 144200-218200)
The Terms of Deputation, including the Pay and Allowances, except Leave, shall be governed by the Provisions laid down in the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) Office Memorandum No. 06/08/2009-Establishment (Pay-II) Dated 17th June 2010 and other Orders/Guidelines issued in this regard at times. Leave of the Officer On Deputation shall be regulated by the UIDAI Leave Rule.
Based on the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Vacancy Notice the Maximum Age Limit for the Eligible Officer should be aged as on the Closing Date 28.08.2023 for receipt of the Application.
Age Limit: Below 56 Years
According to the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification the Eligibility including Educational Qualifications, Post-Qualification Experience, etc. specific to the Post, shall remain as hereunder:
Essential:
A) The Officers from the Central Government holding Analogous Posts on a Regular Basis in the Parent Cadre Department; Or
i) With 03 Years’ Regular Service in the Pay Matrix Level 13 Or Higher;
Or
The Officers under State Government Department/Union Territory/ Public Sector Undertaking/Autonomous Organization holding Regular Post in Corresponding Grades with Requisite and Relevant Experience with Desirable Experience explained against the Post in the Appended Vacancy.
The Selection Procedure for Deputy Director General Posts involves Viva-voce/Personal Interaction as explained in the UIDAI Recruitment 2023. The Officers to be called in for Viva voce shall be shortlisted on the basis of the Eligibility Criteria including Serving Experience, etc. The Candidates would be shortlisted on the basis of the Eligibility Criteria. Only Shortlisted Candidates shall be called in for Personal Interviews/ Interaction.
The Officers already holding Analogous Posts in the Parent Cadre/Department may be given Preference in Selection.
Period and other Terms and Conditions of Deputation: The Deputation Period for all 04 notified Posts shall span 05 Years. The Lending Department may relieve an Officer for a Lesser Period as per their own Policy/Rules, which should not be lesser than 03-Years in any case.
The General Terms and Conditions of the Officer Services in the UIDAI will be governed as per the Unique Identification Authority of India (Appointment of Officers and Employees) Regulations 2020 and Guidelines of the Central Government in this regard.
Based on the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Eligible Candidates with Interest in Notified Both Posts, should apply to the UIDAI in the Prescribed Application Proforma (Annexure-I), accompanying the Photocopies of Preceding 05 Years’ Annual Confidential Reports/Annual Performance Appraisal Reports.
The Willing Applicants may submit their respective Applications duly vetted through Proper Channel up to 28.08.2023.
