UIDAI Recruitment 2023: The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), Head Quarter, New Delhi has called in Applications from the Suitable Officers Duly Eligible for Appointment on 01 Post Assistant Director General (Technology) On Deputation (Foreign Service Term Basis) at the Technology Centre, Bengaluru notified vide the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement Dated 29.03.2023. According to the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, there is 01 Vacancy to be filled up with the Appointment of a Suitable Official by Deputation (FST) Basis under Pay Scale.
Taking cognizance of the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, only Officers under the Central Government/State Governments holding Posts with Requisite Eligibility specific to the Notified Post Assistant Director General (Technology) On Deputation (FST) Basis should apply through Proper Channel narrated in the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification issued for the purpose. The Central Government/State Government Employees completing 05 Years’ Service are also Eligible to apply as has been explained in the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Advertisement.

i) for the Candidates’ Advance Application Submission Process through Proper Channel by Email is 15.05.2023
ii) for the Cadre Controlling Authorities/Head of Departments to forwarding duly completed Applications of Eligible and Willing Candidates is 29.05.2023

As has been mentioned in the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Advertisement, the Candidates should have the Eligibility explained in brief hereunder:
Assistant Director General (Technology) at Bengaluru Technology Centre:
Essential: The Officers from the Central Government holding Analogous Posts on a Regular Basis in the Parent Cadre/Department with 04 Years’ Regular Service in the Pay Matrix Level 11; Or
The Officers from State Government/Public Sector Undertakings/Autonomous Organizations holding Regular Post in the corresponding Grades with Requisite Experience with Post-related Desirable Experience.
04 Years’ Degree in Engineering Or Technology Or Master in Computer Application from an Institute recognized by Government Agencies.
Desirable: Experience in Multiple Relevant Operational Duty-related Fields.
Selection for Appointment on the Assistant Director General (Technology) Post at the Bengaluru Technology Centre (BTC) shall be carried through by way of Deputation (ISTC).
Period and Other Terms and Conditions of Deputation:
The Tenure of Deputation shall span 05 (Five) Years. The Lending Department may relieve any Officer for a Lesser Period as per their own Policy/ Rules, which should not be lesser than 03 (Three) Years in any case.
General Terms and Conditions of the Services in the UIDAI will be governed as per the Unique Identification Authority of India (Appointment of Officers and Employees) Regulations 2020 and Guidelines of the Central Government in this regard. The aforesaid Regulations are available on the UIDAI Website.
The Terms of Deputation including the Pay and Allowances, except Leave shall be governed by the Provisions laid down in the Department of Personnel & Training Office Memorandum No. 61812009-Estt.(Pay II) Dated 17th June 2010 and other Orders/Guidelines issued in this regard from time to time. Leave of an Officer on Deputation shall be regulated by Leave Rule of the UIDAI.
According to the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Willing Candidates may apply in the Prescribed Application Format through a Proper Channel.
Duly completed Applications to be submitted in the shape of an Advance Copy by Willing and Eligible Officers and by the Cadre Controlling Authorities/Head of Departments to complete the Application Submission Process as follows:
a) The Willing Applicants may submit their Advance Application up to 15.05.2023.
b) The Cadre Controlling Authorities/Head of Departments should forward/submit the duly completed Applications accompanying Mandatory Documents latest by 29.05.2023.
The Cadre Controlling Authorities/Head of Departments should submit the Applications of Eligible and Willing Candidates whose services can be spared on Deputation immediately on their Selection, accompanying the prescribed Essential Documents ensuring receipt in the UIDAI Head Quarter, New Delhi Office.
*Note: The Eligible and Willing Officers should submit respective duly completed Applications annexed with the Photocopies of the Preceding 05-Years’ Annual Confidential Reports (ACRs)/Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs) Dossier receivable up to 15.05.2023 in the UIDAI Technology Centre, Bengaluru.
