UIDAI Recruitment 2023: The Office of Director (HR), The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), Government of India, New Delhi has invited Applications from the Officers meeting Eligibility for 08 Deputationist-Appointments; viz., Deputy Director, Section Officer, Technical Officer, Assistant Account Officer, Assistant Section Officer, Accountant, Junior Translation Officer and Assistant Technical Officer Posts On Deputation (Foreign Service Term) Basis for Posting in Delhi Head Quarters vide the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice Dated 31.05.2023. The UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification has arisen for 08 with 30 Vacancies Posts carrying Multiple Pay Scales 11, 08, 06 and 05 for Posting on Deputation Bases for Fixed 05 Years.
According to the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Last Date for completion of the Application Submission in the Prescribed Specimen Application Proforma through ‘Proper Channel’ by the Eligible Officers is 01.08.2023. Accordingly Willing Officers for the Notified Posts vide the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement may apply as per the Instructions. The Cadre Controlling Authority Concerned may forward duly completed Applications receivable well ahead of 01.08.2023 but Not Later than this Crucial Date.

Based on the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Officers post-appointment as 01) Director and 02) Director (Technology) shall be entitled to the varying Pay Pay Matrix Levels:
I) Deputy Director: Pay Level 11
II) Section Officer: Pay Level 08
III) Technical Officer: Pay Level 08
IV) Assistant Account Officer: Pay Level 08

Essential:
A) The Officers from the Central Government holding Analogous Posts on Regular basis in the Parent Cadre Department; Or
i) With 03/05/06 Years’ Regular Service in the Pay Matrix Level 10/09/08; Or
The Officers under State Government Department/Union Territory/ Public Sector Undertaking/Autonomous Organization holding Regular Post in Corresponding Grades with Requisite and Relevant Experience with Desirable Experience explained against the Post in the Appended Vacancy.
2nd and 3rd, 4th Posts Section Officer and Technical Officer:
Essential:
A) The Officers from the Central Government holding Analogous Posts on Regular basis in the Parent Cadre Department; Or
i) With 03/05 Years’ Regular Service in the Pay Matrix Level 07/06; Or
The Officers under State Government Department/Union Territory/ Public Sector Undertaking/Autonomous Organization holding Regular Post in Corresponding Grades with Requisite and Relevant Experience with Desirable Experience explained against the Post in the Appended Vacancy.
5th, 7th and 8th Posts Assistant Account Officer, Assistant Section Officer, Junior Translation Officer and Assistant Technical Officer:
6th Post Accountant:
A) The Officers from the Central Government holding Analogous Posts on Regular basis in the Parent Cadre Department; Or
i) With 03/05 Years’ Regular Service in the Pay Matrix Level 04/03; Or
The Officers under State Government Department/Union Territory/ Public Sector Undertaking/Autonomous Organization holding Regular Post in Corresponding Grades with Requisite and Relevant Experience with Desirable Experience explained against the Post in the Appended Vacancy.

Educational Qualifications: Post Graduate, Graduate, Bachelor’s Degree in the Post-relevant Subjects.
The Selection Process for all 08 Posts involves Viva-voce/Personal Interaction as explained in the UIDAI Recruitment 2023. The Officers shall be shortlisted on the basis of the Eligibility Criteria including the Experience.
The Candidates would be shortlisted on the basis of the Eligibility Criteria. Only Shortlisted Candidates shall be called in for Personal Interviews/ Interaction.
The Officers already holding Analogous Posts in the Parent Cadre/Department may be given Preference in Selection.
The Terms of Deputation, including the Pay and Allowances, except Leave, shall be governed by the Provisions laid down in the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) Office Memorandum No. 06/08/2009-Establishment (Pay-II) Dated 17th June 2010 and other Orders/Guidelines issued in this regard from time to time. Leave of the Officer On Deputation shall be regulated by the UIDAI Leave Rule.
Period and other Terms and Conditions of Deputation: The Deputation Period for all 04 notified Posts shall span 05 Years. The Lending Department may relieve an Officer for a Lesser Period as per their own Policy/Rules, which should not be lesser than 03-Years in any case.
The General Terms and Conditions of the Officer Services in the UIDAI will be governed as per the Unique Identification Authority of India (Appointment of Officers and Employees) Regulations 2020 and Guidelines of the Central Government in this regard.
Based on the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Eligible Candidates with Interest in the Notified Posts, should apply to the UIDAI in the Prescribed Application Proforma (Annexure-I), accompanying the Photocopies of Preceding 05 Years’ Annual Confidential Reports/Annual Performance Appraisal Reports.
