• Preference shall be given to experience in the Banking sector.

For ULA Head – Credit and Policy-

• The candidate should have a Master’s degree in any discipline.
• However, preference will be given to finance, business administration, economics, accounting, etc.
• The candidate should have a Professional certification in credit management will be an added advantage.

Experience-

• The applicant must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in credit and policy management in the BFSI sector.
• The applicant must have Additional relevant training/ Learning and Development work experience in the banking sector will be an added advantage.
• Preference shall be given to experience in the Banking sector.

For ULA Head – People Excellence-

• The candidate should have a Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, etc.
• The applicant must have a Professional certification in HR management, leadership development, or related fields (e.g., SHRM-CP, SPHR, CPLP, CHRP, CTMP, CTA, etc.) would be advantageous.

Experience-

• The applicant should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management, leadership development, or organizational development, preferably in the banking or financial services sector as a faculty/trainer.

Tenure for Union Bank of India Recruitment 2023:

The engagement is made on a contract basis and the chosen candidates for Union Bank of India Recruitment 2023 will be appointed for a period of 03 years but may be extended for a maximum of 05 years at a time. The place of posting will be Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Gurugram and Lucknow.
