For Chief Manager-

• The applicant should have a B.Sc./B.E./B.Tech. Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Science and Engineering/ Information Technology/ Software Engineering/ Electronics and Communications Engineering from a University/ Institution recognized by Govt. of India/approved by Govt. Regulatory bodies. OR
• The applicant should have a Master of Computer Applications from a University/Institution recognized by Govt. of India/approved by Govt. Regulatory bodies. OR
• The applicant should have an M. Tech./ M.Sc. in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronic and Communications Engineering from a University/Institution recognized by Govt. of India/approved by Govt. Regulatory bodies.
• The applicant should have a minimum of 60% marks in Graduation is mandatory. (Minimum 55% for PwBD candidates).

For Senior Manager (Chartered Accountant) –

• The applicant should be a Chartered Accountant/ICWA from an institution recognized by ICAI.

For Senior Manager (Risk) and Manager (Risk) –

• The applicant should have a Graduate degree in any discipline from a University/Institution recognized by Govt. of India/approved by Govt. Regulatory bodies. And
• The applicant should have a Certificate in Financial Risk Management from the Global Association of Risk (GARP) OR Professional Risk Management Certification from PRIMA Institute OR Holder of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from CFA Institute, USA OR CA/CMA(ICWA)/CS. OR
• The candidate should have a Full-time regular MBA (Finance)/PGDM (with specialization in Finance) * with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate from a University /Institution/ recognized by Govt. of India/approved by Govt. Regulatory bodies (Minimum 55% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates) OR Masters in Math/Statistics or Econometrics with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate from a University /Institution recognized by Govt. of India/approved by Govt. Regulatory bodies (Minimum 55% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates) OR Certification in Sustainability and Climate Risk (GARPSCR).

For Manager (Credit)-

• The applicant should have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum 60% aggregate marks from a University / Institution recognized by Govt. of India/approved by Govt. Regulatory bodies. (Minimum 55% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates).

For Assistant Manager (Electrical Engineer)-

• The applicant should have a B.E./B. Tech. in Electrical Engineering with Minimum 60% Marks in Aggregate from a University/Institution recognized by Govt. of India/ approved by Govt. Regulatory bodies.

For Assistant Manager (Technical)-

• The applicant should have a Degree in Engineering in Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Production/ Metallurgy/ Electronics/ Electronics and Telecommunication / Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Textile/ Chemical etc. from a University recognized by Govt. of India/Approved by Govt. Regulatory bodies with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate.

Salary for Union Bank of India Recruitment 2024:

The chosen candidates for Union Bank of India Recruitment 2024 will be paid a monthly salary as given below-

• The selected candidates for the post of Chief Manager will be paid a monthly salary of Rs. 76010-2220/4-84890-2500/2-89890.
• The selected candidates for the post of Senior Manager will be paid a monthly salary of Rs. 63840-1990/5-73790-2220/2-78230.
• The selected candidates for the post of Manager will be paid a monthly salary of Rs. 48170-1740/1-49910-1990/10-69810.

Tenure for Union Bank of India Recruitment 2024:

Selection Process for Union Bank of India Recruitment 2024:

The candidates will be selected for Union Bank of India Recruitment 2024 on the basis of an Online Examination / Group Discussion (if conducted)/Screening of applications and Personal Interview. The examination center will be Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Chandigarh/Mohali, Bengaluru, Lucknow, Chennai, Kolkata, Bhopal, Patna, Mumbai /Navi Mumbai/Greater Mumbai/Thane, Bhubaneshwar and Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar. Interview- Candidates who secure the minimum qualifying marks stipulated for the online test and rank sufficiently high in the order of merit shall be called for Personal Interview. A Personal Interview of 50 marks. The minimum qualifying marks for the Personal Interview would be 25 marks for General/EWS and 22.5 marks for Reserved Category applicants i.e. SC/ST/OBC/PwBD).

Group Discussion- The shortlisted applicants after the interview will be called for Group Discussion. The maximum mark for Group Discussion will be 50 and the minimum qualifying marks will be 25 for General/EWS and 22.5 for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC).
