For Head – Debt Syndication and Corporate Relationship-

• The applicant must have a postgraduate degree in finance from a university recognized by the Government of India, government bodies, or AICTE. (major or dual specialization) or be a Chartered accountant.

Experience-

• The applicant must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Corporate Credit within which a minimum of 2 years’ Experience in debt syndication and downsizing.

For Head – Business Solution Group-

• The applicant must have a B. Tech / BE with a regular/executive MBA.

Experience-

• The applicant must have a Minimum of 15 years of BFSI experience within which 12 years managerial experience in tech and business expertise.

For Head – Digital Ecosystem and Partnership-

• The applicant must have a regular or executive MBA in Marketing / Systems / Operations.

Experience-

• The applicant must have a Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience which should include a minimum of 10 years of BFSI experience and 8-10 years of managerial experience in business.

For Associate Head – Marketing Technology / Operations-

• The applicant must have a Regular/ Executive MBA in Marketing / Systems / Operations.

Experience-

• The applicant must have a Minimum of 10 years of tech expertise and business expertise (preferably in banking and Marketing technology.) which should include a minimum of 7-8 years of managerial experience in a relevant domain.

For Associate Head, Campaign Management, Measurement and Agency Management-

• The applicant must have done a Regular/Executive MBA in Marketing.

Experience-

• The applicant must have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in business & marketing expertise (preferably in banking) which should include a minimum of 7-8 years of managerial experience in a relevant domain.

For Associate Head – Loyalty and Rewards-

• The applicant must have a regular or executive MBA in marketing.

Experience-

• Manager with 10 years of tech expertise and business expertise (preferably in banking) which should include a minimum of 7-8 years of managerial experience in relevant domains.

Salary for Union Bank of India Recruitment 2024:

The selected candidates for Union Bank of India Recruitment 2024 will be given a monthly salary on the basis of the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and overall suitability for the respective posts based on the negotiations and shall not be a limiting factor for suitable candidates. The compensation will be on a CTC basis.

Tenure for Union Bank of India Recruitment 2024:

According to the official notification of Union Bank of India Recruitment 2024, the appointment is made on a contract basis and the chosen candidates will be engaged for a period of 03 years which may be further extended on the basis of satisfactory performance. At the sole discretion of the Bank, the engagement term may be extended for a maximum of five years, one year at a time.
