Qualification for Union Public Service Commission Recruitment 2023:
Based on the official notification of Union Public Service Commission Recruitment 2023, the applicants must possess the following qualification requirements.
For Specialist Grade III (Anaesthesiology)-
The candidates should have a recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
The applicants must have a post-graduate Degree/Diploma in the concerned speciality or super speciality mentioned in Section A or Section B in Schedule VI or equivalent i.e. M.D.(Anaesthesiology)/ M.S.(Anaesthesiology)/ Diploma in Anaesthesiology (D.A.)
For Specialist Grade III (Biochemistry)-
The applicants should have a recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
The candidates should have post-graduate Degrees as mentioned in section A in Schedule VI i.e. M.D.(Bio-Chemistry)/ M.Sc.( Medical BioChemistry)/Ph.D.( Bio-Chemistry)/ D.Sc.( Bio-Chemistry).
For Specialist Grade III (Forensic Medicine)-
The candidates should have a recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
