The Upper Secretary, Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) has issued a Release a notice thereby informing about the conduct of a Computer-Based Typewriting in respect of the Candidates found to have been declared Successful in the i) Record Scrutiny and ii) Physical Standard Test (PST) in reference to the Direct Recruitment 2020-21 of Inspector of Police (Confidential), Police Assistant Sub-Inspector (Clerk) and Police Assistant Sub-Inspector (Accounts) in UP Police for Men and Women Computer-Based Typewriting Test and Stenographer Tests forming part and parcel of UP Police Recruitment 2020-21.

UP Police Computer-Based Test E-Admit Card Download:

Uttar Pradesh Police Bharti and Pronnati Board shall host on 18th October 2022 a Computer-Based Typewriting Test at the Lucknow Examination Center.

E-Admit Card Download to commence 03 Days prior to commencement of the Computer-Based Typewriting Test.  The Candidates appearing in the Computer-Based Typewriting Test would be informed of E-Admit Card download Link following the Activation of the UPPBPB Admit Card Downloading. The Computer-Based Typewriting Test is of Qualifying nature. Only Candidates for the Posts of Inspector of Police (Confidential) against 32 Vacancies declared Successful in the Computer-Based Typewriting Test would be summoned for appearing in the Stenography Test to be held thereafter.

The E-Admit Cards issued to the Candidates will bear the requisite Details including Examination Centers, Timing and the Permissible Articles to be carried. UP Police Recruitment & Promotion Board will conduct the Computer-Based Typewriting Test in compliance with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare issued CoViD-19 Standard Operating Procedures and Guidelines thereby necessitating it the Candidates to follow the same.

UP Police Recruitment & Promotion Board shall conduct a Stenography Test for Inspector of Police (Confidential) subject to those Candidates appearing in the Computer-Based Typewriting Test being declared to have successfully qualified in the Computer-Based Typewriting Test. UP Police Recruitment and Promotion Board shall host a Stenography Test after 01 Week of post Announcement of the Computer-Based Typewriting Test Result.

The Candidates will be intimated through their Registered Cellphone Numbers and Valid Email Ids about the E-Admit Card Download in due course of time.

Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board had issued Direct Recruitment 2020-21 in reference to Recruitment Process for the Posts of Inspector of Police (Confidential) against 32 Vacancies, Police Assistant Sub-Inspector (Clerk) against 624 Vacancies, and Police Assistant Sub-Inspector (Accounts) against 358 Vacancies in Uttar Pradesh Police for Men and Women.
