• The applicants should have a Minimum Post Qualification experience in IT-related work of 18 years (after completion of the last qualification through the full-time course) with a proven track record in the field of cyber security.
• The candidate shall have a Deep understanding of Information Security, and application development. networking, operating system and database.
• Good understanding of IT security standards, core security technologies, Database Management, scripting language, ISO 27001, and risk management methodologies.
• The candidates must have 2-5 years of experience in a professional environment preferably as part of an operational security function of vulnerability detection/Management/Review, application testing, and technical project management.

Desirable Experience-

2. Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT).
3. Web Application Security Assessment (WASA).
4. Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Audit.
   Information Security Audit of IT Systems and Control.
5. Prescribed hardening guidelines, patch management guidelines, anti-virus/ malware guidelines, no
6. privileged access on endpoints, regular review of access privileges and acceptable configuration guidelines.
7. Configuration Management, Change Management, Incident Management Problem Management etc.
8. Handling of security threats/threat Intelligence tools and framework/threat attack methods/cyber forensics.
9. Cyber security system development:
   • Information flow modelling and simulation of the system.
   • Cyber security attack simulation and studying system behaviours.
   • Development of situational awareness under simulated cyber-attack scenarios.

Qualification for UPMRC Recruitment 2024:

In accordance with the official notification of UPMRC Recruitment 2024, the candidates required qualifications are mentioned below:

• The candidates must have Full time four (04) years’ B. Tech/B.E. in Computer Science / Electronics/ Electronics and Communication / Information Technology, or, Three (03) years full-time MCA, with a minimum 60% marks/equivalent CGPA from a recognized University/Institute.
• Applicants holding Certifications of Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) / Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)/ Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)/Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)/Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO) will have an added advantage.

Age Limitation for UPMRC Recruitment 2024:

Tenure for UPMRC Recruitment 2024:

As given in the official notification of UPMRC Recruitment 2024, the terms of services are given below:
Deputation:

• Normal Tenure of deputation for a period of 3 years, which may be extendable.

Contractual Engagement Basis:

• If selected on a contract basis, the engagement shall be on a fixed-term contractual basis, initially for a period of five years, extendable as per requirement but not beyond the age of superannuation, at the sole discretion of UPMRC, subject to mutual consent and satisfactory performance. However, the contract of appointment may be terminated by either side by giving 90 day’s notice or by paying the contractual remuneration/salary in lieu of the notice period, if the circumstances so warrant.

Salary for UPMRC Recruitment 2024:

Based on the official notification of UPMRC Recruitment 2024, the selected candidates for the mentioned positions will be paid a monthly salary of Rs. 120000- Rs. 280000 on a contract basis.

Selection Procedure for UPMRC Recruitment 2024:

In accordance with the official notification of UPMRC Recruitment 2024, the eligible candidates would be called for an interview at Lucknow and selection is based on an Interview basis. The Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Limited reserves the right to shortlist candidates for interview. In the event of a number of applications being large, UPMRC will adopt short-listing criteria to restrict the number of candidates to be called for interview to a reasonable number by any or more of the following methods:

• On the basis of Desirable Qualification (DQ) or any one or all of the DQs if more than one DQ is prescribed.
• On the basis of higher educational qualifications than the minimum prescribed in the advertisement.
• On the basis of higher experience in the relevant field than the minimum prescribed in the advertisement.

The candidate should, therefore, mention all his/her qualifications and experience in the relevant field over and above the minimum qualifications.
