UPPSC Recruitment 2022 for 2382 Vacancies: Check Post, Eligibility, Other Details and How to Apply
UPPSC Recruitment 2022: Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has invited applications from eligible and interested candidates for the Posts of Medical Officer Grade-II (Level-2), Group ‘A’ Gazetted in the Medical & Health Service Department U.P. (Allopathy). The candidate’s age shall be between 21 and 40 years (Age relaxation is permissible as per the rule for the reserved category candidates). The candidate must carefully study the detailed advertisement and may apply for the post only when he/ she is eligible for the concerned post.
The date of calculation of age is 1 July 2022. As per the UPPSC Recruitment Official Notification, there are 2382 (Two Thousand Three Hundred Eighty-Two) vacancies. The selected candidates will be placed in the Pay Scale – 67700-208700 Level – 11 as per the 7th CPC. The LAst date for Payment of Fees in the Bank is 2nd Nov 2023 and the last date for filling Online application form is 05.01.2023.

The candidate’s age shall be between 21 and 40 years (Age relaxation is permissible as per the rule for the reserved category candidates). The date of calculation of age (except where indicated otherwise) is 1 July 2022
(i) MBBS degree from a university recognized by the ‘Medical Council of India’ or an undergraduate medical degree recognized under ‘The National Medical Commission Act, 2019.’
and,
(ii) Postgraduate Degree (3 years) in the concerned Specialty of a university recognized by the ‘Medical Council of India’ or a Post-Graduate Medical degree recognized under ‘The National Medical Commission Act, 2019’,
or
(iii) Postgraduate Diploma (2 years) in the concerned Speciality of a university recognized by the Medical Council of India or a Post-Graduate medical diploma recognized under ‘The National Medical Commission Act, 2019’ and with at least one year of experience in the concerned Speciality after registration of the diploma in the concerned Medical Council.
Preferential Qualification:
(1) Who has served in the territorial army for a minimum period of two years.
(2) Who has obtained a “B” certificate from the National Cadet Corps.
(3) Possessing a post-graduate degree or diploma in Medicine or health Sciences recognized by the Medical Council of India.

In the ONLINE Application process, a category-wise prescribed fee is to be deposited as per instructions provided in the UPPSC Recruitment 2022 Notification. The prescribed fee for different categories is as under:
(i) Unreserved Candidates – Exam fee Rs. 80 + On-line Economically processing fee is Rs. 25 Total = Weaker Sections/ Rs. 105 other BackwarClass
(ii) Scheduled Caste – Exam fee Rs. 40 + On-line Scheduled Tribe processing fee Rs. 25 Total = Rs. 65
(iii) Handicapped – Exam fee NIL + On-line processing fee Rs. 25 Total = Rs. 25
(iv) Ex-Servicemen – Exam fee Rs. 40 + On-line processing fee Rs. 25 Total = Rs. 65
(v) Dependents of the According to the original category Freedom Fighters/Women
