Post Name and Vacancies for UPPSC Recruitment 2023:

Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has opened 84 vacancies in UPPSC Recruitment 2023 for the post of Deputy Director, Assistant Chemist, Medical Officer and Professor in various specialists. The vacancies for the particular posts are listed below-

• For Deputy Director (Training Division, State Planning Institute)- 01 Vacancy
• For Assistant Chemist (Geology and Mining Department)- 02 Vacancies
• For Medical Officer (Uttar Pradesh Ayush (Homoeopathy) Department)- 54 Vacancies
• For Professor (Uttar Pradesh Ayush (Homoeopathy) Department)- 27 Vacancies

Age Limit for UPPSC Recruitment 2023:

Candidates should be in the age group of 21 years to 50 years to apply for UPPSC Recruitment 2023.

Qualification for UPPSC Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of UPPSC Recruitment 2023, the required qualification for the particular posts is mentioned below-

For Deputy Director-

• Candidate should have a postgraduate degree in Human Geography or Statistics or Economics or Sociology or Business Management or Industrial Engineering or Public Administration from a University established by law in India or a recognized Institution.

Desirable-

• A candidate who has served in the territorial army for a minimum period of two years.
• Candidate should obtain a ‘B’ Certificate of National Cadet Corps and shall, other things being equal, be given preference in the matter of direct recruitment.

For Assistant Chemist-

• Candidate should have a master’s Degree in Chemistry from a University established by law in India with at least 50 percent marks in the aggregate and at least two years experience in the related field.

Desirable-

• A candidate other things being equal, be given preference in the matter of direct recruitment if they have served in the Territorial Army for a minimum period of two years.
• Candidate should obtain a ‘B’ certificate from the National Cadet Corps.

For Homeopathic Medical Officer-

• The candidate should have a recognized Degree in Homoeopathy, the duration of study of which is not less than 5 years according to its syllabus or course or a recognized Diploma in Homoeopathy, the duration of study of which is not less than 4 years according to its syllabus or course.
• The candidate should be duly registered with the Homoeopathic Medicine Board, Uttar Pradesh.

Desirable-

• A candidate other things being equal, be given preference in the matter of direct recruitment if the candidate has served in the territorial army for a minimum period of two years.
• Candidate should obtain a ‘B’ certificate from the National Cadet Corps.

Salary for UPPSC Recruitment 2023:

The selected candidates for UPPSC Recruitment 2023 would be paid a monthly salary up to 209200.

Selection Process for UPPSC Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of UPPSC Recruitment 2023, the candidates will be selected on the basis of a preliminary and written  (Main) Examination. The selection will be made as per Merit prepared on the basis of total marks obtained by the candidates in the Main Examination. The examination will be held at various centers.

Application Fee for UPPSC Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of UPPSC Recruitment 2023, the application fee is Rs.125 for Unreserved/Economically Weaker Sections/ Other Backward Classes, SC/ST and Ex-servicemen, the application fee is Rs.65 and Rs.25 for PWDs candidates. The payment will be made online.
