The maximum age limit for this post is 30 years. Relaxable for regularly appointed Central/U.T. Pay Scale for UPSC Recruitment 2022
The pay scale for Level-7 is Rs. 44900 to Rs. 142400 as per the pay matrix. Total Emoluments will be Rs. 44900 plus DA as applicable per month.
Qualification and Experience for UPSC Recruitment 2022
Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism or Mass Communication from any recognized University or Institute or
Bachelor’s degree with Economics or Statistics or English as a subject and possessing a diploma in Journalism or Mass-Communication of at least one year from a recognized University or Institute. Note 1 Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission, for reasons to be recorded in writing, in the case of candidates otherwise well qualified.
Three years experience of in editing and publishing works in the book publishing field in a publishing house or Newspaper or
News agency or publicity Organisation or Government organization.
- Master’s Degree in Mass Communication or Journalism or Economics or Statistics or English from a recognized University or Institute.
- Experience in working on publishing software, i.e. PageMaker, MS Office, Corel Draw, QuarkXPress, or Photoshop.
