UPSC Recruitment 2022: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has invited applications from eligible candidates for the Scientist ‘B’ (Chemistry), Deputy Central Intelligence Officer (Technical) (DCIO/ Tech), Joint Assistant Director and Assistant Labour Commissioner posts. The age limit to apply is between 30 years to 35 years. The salary will be between Rs. 56100 to Rs. 177500 per month. As per the UPSC Recruitment 2022 Notification, there are 10 vacancies for these posts.
Candidates must apply online through the UPSC’s Official website. Candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs. 25 (Rupees Twenty five) only either by remitting the money in any branch of the SBI by cash or by using the net banking facility of the SBI or by using visa/master credit/ debit card. No fee for SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Women candidates of any community. No “fee exemption” is available to Gen/ OBC/ EWS male candidates and they are required to pay the full prescribed fee. Applications received through any other mode would not be accepted and summarily rejected. The last date to apply is 12.01.2023.

Scientist ‘B’ (Chemistry)
The candidate should have,
Qualification
Master’s degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry or Forensic Science with Chemistry as one of the subjects during all three years of a bachelor of Science from a recognized University or Institute.
Desired Qualification
One year experience of working in a Forensic Science Laboratory under the Central or State Government or Union Territory administration after obtaining the minimum prescribed educational qualifications.
Experience
Three years experience of in analytical methods and research therein in the field of Chemistry from a government-recognized organization or institution.
Deputy Central Intelligence Officer (Technical) (DCIO/ Tech)
The candidate should have,
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E. or B.Tech) or B.Sc (Engg) awarded by a recognized University in the fields of Electronics or Electronics & Communications or Electronics and Telecommunications or Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Computer Technology or Computer Science and Engineering or Information Technology or Software Engineering OR
Associate Membership of Institute of Engineers(AMIE) in Electronics and Communications Engineering or Graduateship awarded by Associate Membership of Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (AMIETE) in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering (Only those students who were enrolled with Institutions with permanent recognition up to 31.05.2013 would be eligible.) OR
Master of Science in Physics with Electronics or Telecommunications OR
Master of Computer Applications(MCA) after 03 years Bachelor of Science in Physics or Master of Science (Information Technology) or Master of Science (Computer Science) or Master of Science (Software) from a recognized University.
Joint Assistant Director
The candidate should have,
Qualification
B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc. (Eng) degree in Electronics or Electronics and Telecommunication or Electronics and Communication or Information Technology or Computer Science or Information and Communication Technology or Electrical Engineering with Telecommunication as a special subject from a recognized University or Institute OR
Master’s degree in Electronics or Computer Science or Information Technology or Artificial Intelligence or Physics with Electronics or Communication or Wireless or Radio subjects as specialization from a recognized University or Institute.
Desired Qualification
Three years experience in Radio Communication or Computer Communication or Satellite Communication or Artificial Intelligence or Internet of Things or Cyber Security from Central Government or State Government or Union Territory or Public Sector Undertaking or Statutory or Autonomous organization.
Assistant Labour Commissioner
The candidate should have,
Qualification
i. Degree of a recognized University or equivalent.
ii. Degree in Law or Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Social Work/ Labour Welfare Laws/Industrial Relations/Personnel Management of a recognized University/ Institution or equivalent.
Experience
Three years experience in a responsible capacity in handling/dealing with Labour Problems in a Government Establishment or Industry or Trade Union Organization.
