UPSC Recruitment 2023: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is inviting interested and eligible candidates for the post of Joint Secretary and Director/ Deputy Secretary Level Officers in different Ministries/ Departments with Headquarters in New Delhi. The job will be on a contractual basis for a period of 03 years and may be extendable for another 02 years depending upon performance. There are 04 vacancies under Joint Secretary and 14 vacancies under Director/ Deputy Secretary. There are a total of 18 vacancies for the mentioned positions. The educational qualification is different for each post. As per the official notification of UPSC Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will get a monthly pay scale from Level-12 to Level-14. The maximum age limit for applying for the mentioned positions is from 32 to 55 years.
According to the official notification of UPSC Recruitment 2023, the applicable candidates will be selected on the basis of interviews conducted by the committee. A candidate must be an Indian National. Interested candidates can apply online by filling out the application form available on the official website of UPSC. Central Government employees are not eligible to apply for these positions.

The candidates should have B.E./B.Tech in Aviation/ Aeronautical/ Aerospace/ Computer/ Information Technology/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.
Joint Secretary(Digital Commerce):
The candidates should have a Master’s Degree/PG Diploma in Business Administration /Economics /Commerce /Business Economics /Foreign Trade.
Joint Secretary(Arbitration and Conciliation):
The candidates should have Bachelor’s degree in Law.
Joint Secretary(Cyber Law):
The candidates should have Bachelor’s degree in Law.
