Overview:

Nokia is hiring an experienced Pricing Specialist – GSS at their Noida location. Purpose of this role if to provide bid support for pricing-related activities across all key markets. Responsible for offer structuring and ensuring customer price files are in line with Nokia-approved business cases. GSS’s Pricing focus is to support Customer Teams to drive profitable business.

What will you be doing:

Effectively participates in bid kick-offs, delivers offer guidelines, captures pricing challenges, and coordinates with Bid Manager & Solution teams for timely deliverables.

Provide updates and ensures the correct usage of pricing rules, global formats, guidelines, processes, NOKIA pricing tool, and templates to solution teams.

Assist technical teams to provide commercially correct and cost-effective solutions based on customer requirements. (I.e. Pain points, price challenges, listening to customers’ needs).

Complex Multi BG offers summary preparation and analysis of offered HW, SW & Services scope in terms of right mix-n-match based on win plan/customer budget.

Propose/Develop customer-specific business cases/scenarios with solution teams and quantify the financial value of NOKIA solutions to CTs and regions.

Participate in customer meetings and provide negotiation support on a need basis, preparing commercial/ general terms & conditions along with the price.

Creation and Maintenance of pricing books.

Qualifications for this Job:

6 – 10 years of relevant experience.

Strong knowledge of MS Excel with numerical concepts.

Good understanding of sales processes, and customer pricing/templates.

Firm understanding of Financial and Commercial terms in bidding, business case preparation, and margin analysis skills.

Knowledge of Telecom solutions & services including the latest technologies LTE/5G, network structure, costs, and applications.

Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced & high-volume arena with quality and accuracy.

Acumen to identify systems gaps, suggests ways to improve & remains innovative.
