Overview:

Honeywell is hiring an experienced Sr Estimator at their Pune location. You will do Bid management – proposal writing, costing, third party quotes etc. and Work collaboratively with multiple cross-functional stakeholders such as Sales, Technical Solutions Consulting, Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Contracts and Pricing, to put together a winning bid

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate should be able to:

Prepare in depth technical proposals, with clearly articulated value proposition for pursuits with key customers globally.

Costing based on solution designed by Technical Solutions Consultant

Support customer meetings/ pre-bid discussions as needed to seek clarifications, put forward Honeywell’s asks/ issues

Understand and run process compliance such as pricing approvals, discount approvals, technical approvals

Support business/ sales on elements of sales strategy, business risks and pricing for a certain pursuit

Eligibility:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Process, Metallurgical), Master’s degree in Engineering will be an added advantage

5 + years of work experience in process automation and advanced software applications such as Advanced Process Control, Asset Management, Predictive Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, MES, Cloud hosted solutions, SaaS licensing/ contracts

Demonstrated experience in successfully handling large complex deals and/or pursuits with large global customers

Strong communication skills, with a high level of interpersonal skills, ability to present to audiences
