Post Name and Vacancies for VSSC Recruitment 2023:

Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre (VSSC) has opened 435 vacancies in VSSC Recruitment 2023 for the post of Technician Apprentices and Graduate Apprentices.

Salary for VSSC Recruitment 2023:

As stated in the official notification of VSSC Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates for the post of Graduate Apprentices will get a monthly stipend of Rs.9000 and the selected candidates for the post of Technician Apprentices will get a monthly stipend of Rs.8000.

Age Limit for VSSC Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of VSSC Recruitment 2023, the age limit is given below-

• Candidates who belong to the UR category should have a maximum age of 28 years, OBC candidates should have a maximum age of 31 years and SC/ST candidates should have a maximum age of 33 years to apply for the post of Graduate Apprentices.

• Candidates who belong to the UR category should have a maximum age of 30 years, OBC candidates should have a maximum age of 33 years and SC/ST candidates should have a maximum age of 35 years to apply for the post of Technician Apprentices.

Qualification for VSSC Recruitment 2023:

The required qualification for applying to VSSC Recruitment 2023 is mentioned below-

For Graduate Apprentices (Engg.)-

• Candidate should have First Class Engg. Degree [Four/three-year duration (for lateral entry)] granted by a recognized University in the respective field with not less than 65% marks/6.84 CGPA. (Conversion of CGPA into % not permitted to determine eligibility).

For Graduate Apprentices (Hotel Management/Catering Technology)-

• Candidate should have First Class Degree (4 years) in Hotel Management/Catering Technology (AICTE approved) with not less than 60% marks.

For Graduate Apprentices (B.Com)-

• Candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Three-year duration) granted by a recognized university with not less than 60% marks/6.32 CGPA.

For Graduate Apprentices (B.SC)-

• Candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Science (Three-year duration) granted by a recognized university with not less than 60% marks/6.32 CGPA.

For Graduate Apprentices (B.A)-

• Candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts (Three-year duration) granted by a recognized university with not less than 60% marks/6.32 CGPA.

For Technician Apprentices-

• Candidate should have First Class Diploma in Engg. (three years duration) awarded by a State Board of Technical Education in the respective field.

Tenure for VSSC Recruitment 2023:

As informed by the official notification of VSSC Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be engaged for a training period of 01 year from the date of joining.

Selection Process for VSSC Recruitment 2023:

The candidates will be selected for VSSC Recruitment 2023 on the basis of their performance in the walk-in interview. Candidates have to carry all relevant documents along with the necessary documents at the time of the interview.

How to Apply for VSSC Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of VSSC Recruitment 2023 notification, interested and prepared candidates have to register online in the Ministry of Education NATS portal, through the official website and bring the registration number and the printout while attending the walk-in interview.

The walk-in interview will be held on 07.10.2023 from 09:30 AM to 05:00 PM at Govt. Polytechnic College, Kalamassery, Ernakulam District, Kerala. Latecomers are not allowed for the interview.
