Overview:                      

Accenture is looking for Finance Analyst for their Gurgaon location. The candidate will align with their Finance Operations vertical and will be helping them in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. He will be working as a part of Finance Processes team, which is responsible for identifying new cross-sell opportunities, cutting report cycle time, increasing reporting accuracy and improves cash and capital forecasting. He will also be working on Financial Analysis where he will be assessing financial status through analysis of financial statements, financial ratios, and through the application of valuation techniques.

Roles and responsibilities:

The ideal candidate should be able to:

• Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems
• Day to day interaction with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors
• Handle the limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management
• Use basic statistics and terms involved in the day to day business while discussing with stakeholders
• Work on moderate level instructions for daily tasks and detailed instructions for new assignments
• Constantly lookout for ways to enhance value for the respective stakeholders/clients
• Work as an individual contributor and as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work.

The ideal candidate should also have:

• Financial Planning skills,
• Proficiency in Financial Analysis skills,
• Problem solving skills.

Eligibility:

• B.com
• Relevant experience of 3-5 years.

Additional information:

This role may also require working in rotational shifts. Keeping Covid-19 pandemic in view, interviews will continue to be conducted virtually until travel restrictions change.
