SSC Stenographer 2022: Grade C, D Notification Out, Check Exam Dates, Application Form, Eligibility

SSC Stenographer Skill Test Examination 2022: SSC has released the date for Stenographer Skill Test Examination on their official website. Candidates who are qualified for the exam can check the date of skill test below and some important instructions released by SSC regarding the examination. A demo link of Stenography Test is uploaded in the CANDIDATE’S CORNER of the Official Website of the Commission for the benefit of Candidates.

Skill Test for Stenographer Grade ‘C’ & ‘D’ Examination will be held on 20th June 2022 & 21st June 2022. Exam Dates are tentative and subject to the COVID-19 situation.

(i) The above timetable is subject to changing conditions and government instructions on the Covid-‘|9 pandemic that is announced from time to time.

(ii) Candidates are encouraged to check the Commission’s website for updates on a regular basis.

The important instructions for Candidates are given below:-

• Candidates are not allowed to take the print out of the typed text after the Skill Test.
• Candidates for English Transcription (Typing) are advised to choose English(US) as their Keyboard Layout option.
• Candidates for Hindi Transcription (Typing) are advised to choose Hindi lnscript /Hindi Krutidev/ Hindi Remington CBI / Hindi Remington GAIL as their Keyboard Layout option.
• An isolated seat will be allotted to VH Candidates who will bring their BRAILLE Typewriter to avoid any disturbance.
• The Commission will provide the Computer and Keyboard and Shorthand Notebook for the test. No candidate will be allowed to bring his/her own keyboard.
• Candidates are advised to bring their own Pen / Pencil / Sharpener / Eraser for the test.
• Compensatory Time to eligible candidates will only be permissible during Transcription (Typing). There will be no any compensatory time during the Shorthand Dictation.
