Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is an Indian Government-owned aerospace and defense electronics company. It manufactures advanced electronic products for ground and aerospace applications.

BEL is seeking applications from Navy personnel who are either serving or retired officers, for the post of Deputy General Manager (E VI-grade) on a permanent basis. The aspirant candidates will be appointed via an immediate absorption / Re-employment basis. There is a total of 02 vacancies for this post,01 for the Vizag region and 01 for the Mumbai region.

Eligibility Qualification for BAIL Recruitment 2022 are as follows:

1. Served on board ships/submarines and has staff experience at IHQ/MoD(N)/Command HQs /n Dockyard

2. Minimum no. of years of experience as of 01.05.2022: 17 years.

3. Candidate(s) must be first class in B.E / B.Tech / Equivalent (Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Telecommunication / Communication / Telecommunication / Electrical)

4. Candidate(s) must possess a PG degree in the relevant area desirable.

5. Candidate(s) must be in the rank of Captain Or Commander with 4 years of seniority in the rank.

The age for BEL Recruitment 2022 is as follows:

Candidate must be below or equivalent to 55 years as on 01.05.2022.

The salary for BEL Recruitment 2022 is as follows:

• Selected candidates will be placed in E-VI Grade at the minimum of the pay scale of Rs. 80000 – 3% – 220000/-.
• In addition, the Executive will be entitled to DA, HRA, Conveyance Allowance and other perquisites as admissible.
