HURL Recruitment 2022: Incorporated on 15th June of the year 2016, Hindustan Urvarak & Rasayan Limited, or HURL, is a joint venture company of Coal India Limited (CIL), NTPC Limited (NTPC), and Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), which are the lead promoters together with  Fertilizer Corporation of India Limited (FCIL) and Hindustan Fertilizer Corporation Limited (HFCL) as two other partners. The company mainly aims at establishing and operating state of art, environment-friendly, energy-efficient, and Natural Gas based new Fertilizer Complexes of Ammonia-Urea.

HURL recruits eligible candidates for various posts every year. Recently, a notification has been issued on the company’s official website inviting applicants for direct recruitment to the post of Managing Director.

Age Limit for HURL Recruitment 2022

The age of superannuation is 60 years. And the preferable age limit to apply for the post is 45-57 years. 

Qualifications for HURL Recruitment 2022

The candidate with a graduate degree or post-graduate degree issued by a recognized university will be considered eligible for the post. Also, a qualification in Engineering/MBA will be of more advantage.

Experience for HURL Recruitment 2022

Experience in a leadership role at the Senior management level in a large-scale Fertilizer/ Chemical/Process industry with an average audited annual turnover of more than Rs. 5000 Crores in the preceding 3 (three) financial years will be preferable to apply for the post. Experience in the Fertilizer sector is also required.

Condition of Recruitment for Central Government Officers

Central Government Officers, including those recruited in the Armed Forces of the Union and All India Services, are eligible for the post only on an immediate absorption basis. 

Period of Appointment

The appointment will be valid for a period of five years from the date of joining or up to the date of the superannuation. 

The Scale of Pay for the Post

The scale of pay for the post will be as per the industry standards.
