National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), an umbrella organization for operating retail payments and settlement systems in India, is an initiative of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and the Indian Banks’ Association (IBA) under the provisions of the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007, for creating a robust Payment & Settlement Infrastructure in India.

The Company is focused on bringing innovations in the retail payment systems through the use of technology for achieving greater efficiency in operations and widening the reach of payment systems. NPCI has products like Ru-Pay- debit, credit, and prepaid cards, UPI(Unified Payments Interface), BHIM(Bharat Interface Money), AEPS (Aadhaar Enabled Payment Services), etc.

Product Development – Product Development & Product Management of UPI products and manage the complete product life cycle delivery.

Qualification for NPCI Recruitment 2022

1. Undergraduate applicants with B.Tech/ B.E. in Any Specialization, B.B.A/ B.M.S in Any Specialization can apply.

2. Post-graduate applicants with M.Tech in Any Specialization, MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization, MCA in Any Specialization.

3. Doctorate Not Required.

Experience for NPCI Recruitment 2022

5+ years experience in product management in banking, payments, finance, technology, or consulting industries in similar job functions.

Work Responsibility for NPCI Recruitment 2022

1. Responsible for complete Product Lifecycle – Product Note, BRD creation, Solutioning, Design, Development, Testing, Performance Engineering, Risk, Recon & Settlement – Working with different stakeholders to implement the Business Requirements for the final Launch.

2. Oversee and manage a suite of Digital payments products/variants/portfolios etc.

3. Analysing the business requirement and developing the product right from the conceptualization stage, constructing the product path, going live & commercialization.

4. Undertake projects and activities to achieve the assigned Income lines and monitor cost lines for the product. Own the P&L.

5. Responsible for client interaction with business users, consulting with regard to high-impact changes, and responsible for change requests and enhancements.
