PGIMER Recruitment 2022: Applications have been invited for the Junior Research Fellow Post in the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh. This Position filling for the SERB funded Project entitled “Alterations in specific circulating microRNAs levels with sodium-glucose co-transporter-2 (SGLT2) inhibitors in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and albuminuria” under Dr. Rimesh Pal, Assistant Professor, Department of Endocrinology.

The Age Limit is 28 years as on the date of the interview which can be Relaxable in the case of SC/ST/OBC/women candidates as per GOI instructions. The Position of JRF is Purely on a temporary basis and appointment will initially be offered for a period of one year and will be extended on yearly basis depending upon satisfactory performance and co-terminus with the Project. The Emoluments are provided by the department as per SERB emoluments guidelines and service conditions.

Interested Candidates fulfilling the above conditions are required to submit their complete bio-data duly signed and enclosing therewith photocopy of M.Sc. mark sheet/degree and certificate/s in support of date of birth, and experience (if any) by email to [email protected] and [email protected] by 13th October 2022 till 5 pm. Essential Qualification – First Class Masters in Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Microbiology/Human Genomics.

Desirable Qualification – Candidates who have qualified for national fellowship exams like UGC-CSIR, ICMR, DBT, or any other equivalent examination will be given preference. Candidates with experience in molecular biology techniques will also be preferred.
