BHEL Recruitment 2022: BHEL, which is also abbreviated as the Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, is seen as an Indian central public sector undertaking which functions under the ownership of the Ministry of Heavy Industries, Government of India. Established in the year 1956, it is based in New Delhi, and is India’s largest government owned power generation equipment manufacturer. The company is currently looking for hardworking and dynamic professionals who can work as the Project Engineers and Project Supervisors in the disciplines of Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics. 

The candidates who will be eligible for the post will be engaged in the department purely on a fixed tenure basis, and the following period will be considered valid for two years. The selected candidate will be posted at Transportation Business Sites, such as ICF Chennai, MCF Raebareli, RCF Kapurthala, BHEL-Electronics Division, Bangalore or anywhere in India as per the requirement.

Educational Qualifications for the Posts in the BHEL Recruitment 2022

For Project Engineers: Full-Time BE/B. Tech in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics discipline with at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST) or equivalent CGPA in aggregate of all the years/semesters from recognized University/ Institution.

For Project Supervisor: Full-Time Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/Instrumentation discipline with at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST) or equivalent CGPA in aggregate of all the years/semesters from recognized University/ Institution.

Age Limit Preferred for the Posts in the BHEL Recruitment 2022

The preferred age limit to apply for the vacant posts in the BHEL Recruitment 2022 is 32 years as on the date of the closing of the receipt of applications. A minimum of 1 year cumulative post qualification relevant work experience for Project Engineers and Project Supervisors is also required. The age limit will be relaxable by 3 years for the OBC candidates and 5 years for the SC/ST candidates. Reservation and Relaxation for Ex-Servicemen and EWS Category will be as per extant Govt. Rules. And the candidates had ordinarily been domiciled in the state of Jammu & Kashmir during the period from 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989, the age limit will be relaxable by 5 years. 

Remuneration for the Posts Vacant in the BHEL Recruitment 2022

For those who are going to apply for the post of Project Engineer, the monthly remuneration will be Rs. 78,000 per month, and Rs. 43,550 per month for the candidates selected for the post of Project Supervisors. In addition to the basic pay, the candidates will be entitled to draw Reimbursement of premium for Mediclaim Policy of Rs. 2 lakhs for self and family members. 

Selection Process for the Posts in the BHEL Recruitment 2022

For selecting the candidates for the vacant posts, the department will be conducting the personal interview, and based on the performance of the candidates, the selection will be done. If the number of eligible applicants for a post is in excess of the ratio of 1:10 to the number of vacancies, the number of candidates will be restricted for Personal Interview on the basis of aggregate marks obtained in Qualifying examination [Degree/Diploma].
