Overview:

Bayer is hiring an experienced Subject Matter Expert – MDM at their Bangalore location. You will ensure that the team exceeds the TAT and Accuracy on the assigned volumes with proper production planning and develop a strong control mechanism of MDM processes by conducting regular Process Reviews and take complete ownership of the processes, identify gaps and help the team to fix it proactively

What will you be doing:

Be part of Customer engagement through regular catch ups and ensure team and self-respond to all queries within 24 hours

Ensure no audit observations on the processes by ensuring to document all process followed and implement & Review of Control Framework

To develop strong training plan for new joiners & cross trainings and backups creation plan

Sharing Process improvement ideas through PRISM, other forums etc and support team in completing the value-added projects

To ensure all reporting’s are done on time and reviewed like Metrics, Productivity, etc

Drive documentation, training, monitoring, and reporting of data contents & Drive business knowledge, build up in SSCDN through accelerator initiatives, manage changes, change communication, user training.

Support transitions from countries to service centers and Develop network across all CoE dimensions.

Qualifications for this Job:

B.Com/ MBA finance or any other suitable accounting degree

Minimum 4 – 5 years’ experience in MDM, AR / AP or any other Finance function with hands on SAP knowledge

Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, Proficient in Excel, good communication analytical skills, Self-driven and Result oriented

Independent individual who is able to plan work efficiently to meet tight timelines

Ability to develop good relations with team members/stakeholders & Demonstrate Customer Centricity

High Level of problem analysis and decision making, ability to work in a team and independently, dedication and accuracy, motivation, and strong organizational skills, eager to learn and share the knowledge, very good communication skills and ability to operate in a highly intercultural environment, ability to work under pressure, flexibility.

Passion for innovation, technology, and process excellence.

Experience in International projects or teams.

Good Collaboration, influencing, communication and presentation competencies.

Comfortable working in Matrix environment, collaborating with people and navigating technically through different parts of processes.
