BrahMos Aerospace Recruitment 2022: BrahMos Aerospace, an India-Russia Joint Venture has invited applications for hiring highly talented and dynamic professionals with brilliant academic records for the Internal Financial Advisor (IFA) and Additional General Manager (HR)/ Deputy General Manager (HR) posts. For the Internal Financial Advisor (IFA) age of the candidate shall not be above 55 years and for the Post of Additional General Manager (HR)/ Deputy General Manager (HR) shall be below 45 years.

Age Limit for BrahMos Aerospace Recruitment 2022:

For Internal Financial Advisor (IFA)

The maximum age limit to apply is 55 years.

For Additional General Manager (HR)/ Deputy General Manager (HR)

The maximum age limit to apply is 45 years.

Qualification for BrahMos Aerospace Recruitment 2022:

For Internal Financial Advisor (IFA)

CA/ ICWA with min 20 years of experience in a large Govt/PSU/MNC organizational setup with a proven track record:

(i) Knowledge of Corporate Financial Laws, Taxation, Foreign Trade, Import-Export Laws, Financial Accounting and Statutory Compliances.

(ii) Financial Management and Cost Audit.

(iii) Ensure the arrangement of cost of production to material costs, wages, and overhead costs.

(iv) Running monthly cost forecasts and meeting targets within the stipulated time.

(v) Developing metrics and tracking systems for major cost drivers.

(vi) Reviewing performance vs Budget Estimates on a quarterly basis.

(vii)Product costing, standard cost updates, analysis of cost variance and preparation of cost report.

(viii) Preparing and regulating procedures for establishing the unit cost of service and products.

(ix) Handling inventory accounting, reporting and reconciliation.

(x) Contract management and negotiation with government and private entities.

For Additional General Manager (HR)/ Deputy General Manager (HR)

First Class full-time MBA in HR or equivalent from a reputed Institute with a minimum of 15 years post qualification experience in Production Unit and Corporate HR function with a proven track record:

(i) Conduct of end to end Recruitment & Selection of permanent and contract manpower.

(ii) Performance Management processes in the Production Unit.

(iii) Implementation of Talent Management Strategies.

(iv) Knowledge of employee welfare schemes/ programs.

(v) Knowledge of Statutory Compliance as per the Factories Act & other Labour Laws.

(vi) Implementation of Employee Engagement programs/ initiatives.

(vii) Hand-on experience in implementation/ improvement of HR Module in ERP System.
