Age-Limit for NSIL Recruitment 202

The age of the candidate for internal as well as other appointments shall not be below 45 years of age and shall not be above the age whereby 2 or 3 years respectively of residual service as on the last date of receipt of application w.r.t. the date of superannuation. The age of superannuation will be 60 years for the Posts.

Qualification for NSIL Recruitment 2022:

(i) The applicant should be a Chartered Accountant or Cost Works Accountant or a full-time MBA/PGDM graduate with a good academic record from a recognized University/Institution. Preference would be given to Chartered Accountants.

(ii) Officers of Organized Group ‘A’ Accounts Services [i.e. Indian Audit and Accounts Service, Indian Defence Accounts Service, Indian Railway Accounts Service, Indian Civil Accounts Service, Indian P&T Accounts & Finance Service, and Indian Cost Accounts Service] working in the appropriate level is exempted from these educational qualifications.

(iii) Further, applicants from the Central Govt./Armed Forces of the Union/All India Services, will also, be exempted from the educational qualifications the applicants have ‘the relevant experience’.

In respect of applicants from Organized Group ‘A’ Accounts Services/Central Government/Armed Forces of the Union/All India Services, Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant/MBA/PGDM will however be a desirable educational qualification.

The applicant should be a Graduate of Engineering/ Science with a good academic record from a recognized University/Institute.

Experience for NSIL Recruitment 2022:

• The applicant should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Finance and in various aspects of Corporate Financial Management and Accounts in an organization of repute.
• Applicants from Organized Group ‘A’ Accounts Services should have at least five years of cumulative experience at a senior level during the last ten years in the area of Corporate Financial Management/ Corporate Accounts.
• ‘The relevant experience’ in respect of applicants from the Central Government/Armed Forces of the Union/All India Services would include at least seven years of cumulative experience at a senior level during the last ten years in the area of Corporate Financial Management/ Corporate Accounts.

The applicant should possess adequate technical/operational/project management experience at a senior level in a technical organization of repute. Experience in Space / Aerospace Sector will be an added advantage.

Salary and Pay Scale for NSIL Recruitment 2022:

The selected candidate will be placed in the pay scale Rs.180000-340000 (IDA).

(b) (i) Applicants from Central Govt. / All India Services should be holding a post of the level of Joint Secretary in Govt. of India or carrying an equivalent scale of pay.

(ii) Applicants from the Armed forces of the Union should be holding a post of the level of Major General in the Army or equivalent rank in the Navy/Air Force.

(iii) Applicants from State Public Sector Enterprises/ Private Sector having annual turnover of Rs. 1000 crores or more should be working at Board level position or at least a post of the level immediately below the Board level.

Duration of Appointment for NSIL Recruitment 2022:

The appointment shall be for a period of five years from the date of joining or up to the date of superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
