Overview:

Razorpay is hiring an experienced Associate – Pre Sales at their Bangalore locations. You will act as a first touch point for all new RazorpayX for clients coming through various inbound lead sources and qualify a certain volume of leads on a daily basis.

The complete details of this job are as follows:

What will you be doing:

Ensure reach out to 100% of assigned leads within TAT

Understand potential client’s requirement over a call/email, quickly identify pain points and use cases, evaluate intent and urgency, generate interest and propose a suitable solution

Search for additional Customer Information on client’s online presence

Move leads to the next stage based on the call outcome and/or set up product walkthroughs & demos for Core sales team

Acknowledge all emails from SME customers on time and respond suitably

Use sales tools effectively and update CRM properly on time

Work with other cross-functional teams as and when required.

Help us run experiments/campaigns and measure quality and potential of new lead sources/channels

Track if all qualified leads are handled/demos are given by core sales team as per SLA/TAT

In case of leads unavailability, help with outbound cold calls/campaigns planned by management

Maintaining a healthy sales conversion ratio along with the core sales team.

Coordinate on merchant queries, clarification needs and support required for pre-sales activation and/or onboarding whenever required



Qualifications for this Job:

1 – 4 years of Inside sales/pre-sales experience in SaaS or equivalent B2B setup.

Should have basic understanding of sales tools and CRM.

Strong communication skills, oral & written.

Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.

Proven experience in a customer-facing role. Should have worked on understanding customer requirements, identifying pain points and probing to understand how their business currently works.

Should be adaptive and motivated to learn new technology and skills

Hardworking with a strong work ethic.

Experience in the Fintech space/Payments industry would be an added advantage
