DRDO Recruitment 2023: Defence Research Development Organisation (DRDO) is seeking applications from retired officials from Central Government /State Government /PSU /Autonomous Bodies having considerable experience in the functioning of Central Government Ministries /Departments for their engagement as Consultants on a short-term contract basis, to be appointed and placed in Combat Vehicles Research & Development Establishment located at Avadi, Chennai.

As per the DRDO Recruitment 2023 Notification, the selected candidate will be appointed for a period of one year and extendable as per norms. Willing and qualified retired officials may submit their duly completed applications to the Director, CVRDE (DRDO), Avadi, Chennai – 600 054 on or before 21 days from the date of publication of this advertisement.

Experience for DRDO Recruitment 2023:

The following officials are eligible to apply for the given post:

a) Officers/ Officials who have retired from Central/ State Government/ PSU/ Autonomous Bodies/ Universities/ Govt. R&D Organizations and possessing practical knowledge and experience in the field for which he/she is applying as per Terms of Reference (TOR).

b) Persons possessing experience having worked with DRDO would be accorded preference during selection/appointment.

c) He/She should have effective communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills with a strong flair for an in-depth examination of his/her areas of work.

Pay Level for DRDO Recruitment 2023:

As per the DRDO Recruitment 2023, the candidate selected for the given post will be placed at Level 14. The selected candidate will be placed at a remuneration/pay scale of Rs. 1,00,000 – Rs. 2,60,000 per month.

Duration for DRDO Recruitment 2023:

The selected candidate will be appointed for a period of one year and extendable as per norms.
