Ministry of Information and Broadcasting Recruitment 2023: The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the post of Regional Officers and Additional Regional Officer at the Regional Office of Central Board of Film Certification in Bengaluru, Kolkata, Thiruvananthapuram, Cuttak, and Guwahati. As per the official notification of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting Recruitment 2023, candidates will be given a monthly remuneration between Rs. 78800 to Rs. 209200. The appointment is made on a deputation basis for a period of 4 years for the Regional Officer and 3 years for the Additional Regional Officer. The upper age limit to apply for the post is 56 years as of the closing date of receipt of the application form as per Ministry of Information and Broadcasting Recruitment 2023 Notification.

As per the Official notification of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, The maximum age limit of the candidates applying for the post shall not exceed 56 years as of the closing date of receipt of applications.
According to the official notification of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting Recruitment 2023: the candidate should have a Degree from a recognized university or equivalent Sound knowledge of Hindi and one more of the following Indian languages against each Regional Officer:
i. Regional Officer, CBFC, Bengaluru Kannada ii. Regional Officer, CBFC, Kolkata – Bengali iii. Regional Officer, CBFC, Thiruvananthapuram Malayalam Regional Officer, CBFC, Cuttack -Odiya Sound knowledge of Indian history and culture; and 10 years of administrative or managerial experience in a responsible capacity
For Additional Regional Officer
(i) Degree of a recognized University or equivalent.
(ii) Sound knowledge of Hindi and one more Indian language (according to the requirements of the post in this case Assamese);
(iii) Sound knowledge of Indian History and Culture.
(iv) Seven years’ administrative or Managerial experience in a responsible capacity. (period of deputation ordinarily not exceeding 3 years
