Overview:

Puma Energy is hiring an experienced Senior Management Accountant at their Mumbai location. You will prepare Balance Sheet Review files and responsible for Accounting, Controlling & Reporting for holding entities for Africa and MEAP.

The complete details of this job are as follows:

What will you be doing:

Handling monthly activities related to Salary, Depreciation, IFRS 16, Indirect and Direct Tax.

Coordinate with Africa and MEAP Consolidation team on P&L reporting.

Prepare monthly reporting pack for holding entities.

Coordinate with Regional office to highlight and resolve issues.

Manage complex accounting transactions for restructuring.

Manage Statutory audit of all holding entities with Financial Statements preparation and signing.

Invoices approval as per stated DOA in accounting system.

Review and payment follow up for customers

Payment pack approval.

Manage Intercompany relations.

Preparation of monthly FX analysis file.

Preparing Tax computation for provisional tax for applicable entities

Analyse the statistical data, income statement vs budget.

Qualifications for this Job:

Strong Knowledge of IFRS

Demonstrable numeracy Skills

Good verbal and written communication skills

Microsoft Office proficient

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
