Overview:

Whirlpool is hiring an experienced Executive, Finance Operations at their Gurugram location. The Finance Operations team reviews, evaluates, develops, implements, maintains and verifies internal and business controls for processes, systems, financial statements, journals and reports in compliance with corporate objectives and government standards such as the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) or the 8th Company Law Directive. Ensures that documentation for all processes across the organization is reviewed and updated periodically. May coordinate with external auditors to prepare the attestation of management assessment on internal controls.

What will you be doing:

Work on multiple queues within claims like Coding,Reviews & Escalations.

Can be cross skilled on various other queues apart from Claims when required.

Manage quality and turn around time for the claims being allocated.

Ensuring compliance.

Qualifications for this Job:

1-3 years working experience in Consumer service process and expertise in back office environment

Flexible to work in various shift hours as per required by the Company from time to time, including night shifts.

Graduation or equivalent degree (Excluding B.Tech)

Well versed with Non- Voice back-end customer support processes

Working knowledge of Google product suite / MS-office is a must.

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) since it will involve frequent interactions with stakeholders

Good knowledge of SAP & CRM is preferable
