Bank of Baroda is recruiting aspirants for the Financial Literacy Centre Counsellor (FLCC) post at Yelahanka Centre- Bengaluru District, Karnataka on a contractual basis. 

Tenure for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023, the candidate will be appointed on a contract basis which will not exceed one year and Renewal of the contract may be possible at Bank’s sole discretion in terms of extant policies and rules.

Qualification for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023:

• Candidate should have a graduate degree from a recognized University. Preference will be given to post-graduate degrees in the area of Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Sociology, Psychology, and Social work.

Experience for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023:

The experience required for the above-mentioned post is given below.

• Applicant should be an ex-banker with a minimum of 5 years of experience in any Nationalized Bank/ RRB/ Pvt. Bank.
  OR
• Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in banking/ with related fields, NBFCs / FIs.
  OR
• Candidate should have a Business correspondent / BC- Coordinator with a minimum of 5 years of experience
  OR
• Applicant should be Ex RSETI Director/Faculty with a minimum of 5 years of Experience.

Salary for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the Official notification of Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023, the applicant appointed for the above post will get a monthly remuneration of Rs.18000 plus a maximum of Rs.5000 as conveyance expenses on a reimbursement basis.

The applicant appointed for the FLCC counselor’s halting allowance will get Rs. 200 (if more than 8 hours pass without a night stay) and Rs. 500 (if a night stay is required). It will be paid in addition to the HA.
