Cisco is hiring an experienced Jr. Business Analyst, Strategy and Transformation Enablement at their Bangalore location. The Business Analyst in SCT will be responsible for supporting the Bangalore team’s key global initiatives across transformation, strategy, business process architecture and data. The ideal candidate will be able to build relationships, effectively work in a team environment, understand supply chain, and possess business analytical skills. Roles and Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate should be able to:

Cross-Functional Initiative Support: Contribute to cross-functional initiatives by performing comprehensive process mapping, data analysis, and participating in other cross functional projects to enhance operational efficiency.

Data Analysis and Visualization: Collaborate with the Supply Chain Data team to develop insightful dashboards using advanced Business Intelligence tools, facilitating data-driven decision-making.

Innovation and Engagement: Assist in driving innovation initiatives and fostering cross-functional engagements, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the team.

Market and Environmental Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and environmental scans to stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in supply chain management.

Business Review Management: Coordinate and manage business review events within the extended supply chain team, ensuring effective communication and alignment of team objectives.

Project and Idea Repository Maintenance: Maintain a comprehensive repository for projects and idea pipeline across the supply chain, ensuring easy access to and efficient management of key information and resources.

Eligibility:

Minimum of Bachelors + 2 years of related experience, or Masters + 0 years of related experience

Exposure to data analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and insights within the supply chain data.

Ability to use statistical analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Python) to perform data analysis. Exposure in business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI) is referable.

Exposure in Supply Chain business processes and functions.

Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and evolving supply chain dynamics.
