Qualification for KIOCL Recruitment 2023:

Executive Company Secretary

• Applicant should have a Graduate with a Company Secretary (CS) qualification from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) & an Associate/Fellow Member of ICSI.

Officer, Business Development Officer

• Candidate should have an MBA with any specialization from a recognized University / Institution
  Or
• Candidate should have a B.Com/BBM/BBA/BCA from a recognized University / Institution
• Candidates should have obtained a minimum.

1. 60% marks or 6.0 CGPA (aggregate of all semesters/years) for General and EWS categories
2.  50% marks or 5.0 CGPA (aggregate of all semesters/years) for SC, ST OBC candidates

Officer

• Graduate with a Graduate Degree/Diploma in Public Relations / Mass Communication or Journalism from a recognized Indian University or Institute recognized by an appropriate statutory authority in India.
• Candidates should have obtained a minimum.

1. 60% marks or 6.0 CGPA (aggregate of all semesters/years) for General & EWS categories
2. 50% marks or 5.0 CGPA (aggregate of all semesters/years) for SC, ST OBC candidates

• Applicant should have a minimum of 01 to 03 years of post-qualification experience.

• The Candidate should have a good understanding of supply chain procedures, Hands-on experience with purchasing software, Knowledge of market research, be conversant with MS Office, Strong verbal and written and drafting skills, effective communication skills, be an effective team player etc.

Officer

• Candidate should have a minimum of 01 to 03 years of post-qualification experience.

Age Limit for KIOCL Recruitment 2023:

In the KIOCL Recruitment 2023 official notification, the maximum age limit for the Liaison Officer post is 45 years, while the upper age limit for the remaining posts is 35 years.

Tenure for KIOCL Recruitment 2023:

The candidate will be employed for a term of 02 years, subject to extension for a further 02 years based on the company’s needs and the individual’s satisfactory performance, in according to the official KIOCL Recruitment 2023 notification.
